So Monday morning I'm getting ready for work and car is absolutely dead. So now I'm nervous thinking it's the alternator or a wiring issue. Well the roadside assistance guy that comes and jumps me says go to Cass auto supply. I didn't know it was there. it's across from the old courthouse kind of back in the cut, and the sign has a tree covering it on the state street entrance. Well I found them and they came out and tested the alternator and the battery and sure enough the battery was too old and starting to short inside. Gave me the new battery for $30 cheaper than AutoZone and I also purchased a terminal cleaner to get everything situated. They're good folks there. Go see em.

I like the fact that he was mobile but I didn't like the fact that he didn't let me know he had…read morearrived and had already started jacking my van up to replace my tire. I knew he was in route but he should have called, rang the door bell, or knocked on the door to introduce himself before starting the job. I heard noises so I went outside and I introduced myself to him. He told me the hole was in one place which turned out to be true but I initially told him the hole was in a different place which also turned out to be true which he finally agreed. He was diligent about trying to the old tires on my property but to no avail he did not fix my tire. I took it elsewhere. Thanks goes out to his efforts.
