I don't usually leave reviews because my mom always said " if you can't say anything nice, don't…read moresay anything at all. " So I will rave about Dually Depot. From the very first conversation I had with Heather, to the very completion of the work, Heather was there every step of the way not only there but was courteous, effecient, professional, going above and beyond. I am sorry I don't remember the names of the guys in the shop, but they exemplified the same excellent traits. The work they did installing my Blue Ox tow plates and Roadmaster Invisibrake system was exactly as I had hoped, perfect. I would not hesitate for a second to bring my truck back to Dually Depot. You shouldn't either. Tell them Lew sent you.

I asked for a service he didn't want to provide, and he threatened to call the cops. A bit of explanation would have gone a long way. When I asked about buyback for the extra boxes I had, per the promise on the uhaul website, he had a total meltdown. There was barely a conversation let alone an argument. He basically just walked away, helped other customers, and threatened to throw me out when I asked for an official receipt. He stopped in the middle of checking me in and walked away. I didn't even know what was happening. I was just sitting on a stool waiting patiently for a receipt. I didn't even argue about the boxes. He refused to provide my official receipt and threatened to call the cops. What a jerk.
