After several minutes, the asst manager walked in from the back. He didn't acknowledge or offer to help customers. When the phone rang, he didn't answer it and seemed put out when his new underling (the kid waiting on the customer) needed help directing a phone call. At that point, I left and went to Auto Zone where I was waited on and treated like a valued customer, even though I am a 67 year old woman.

They were 15 minutes until closing and helped us out anyway. Turns out one of the break pads had come loose. Thank G we didn't travel but a couple miles with it that way. The 2 gentlemen there had pads in stock for our rig and replaced it right away. Charged us a very fair price!! I can't say enough about how lucky we were to have been given this place to go to.
