After repairing it twice on road it blew again about 200 yards from the shop. I pulled in just looking for some help. They had the parts I needed, boot and clamps , my original boot had developed a tear. I repaired it in their lot and off I went only to have it blow as I was climbing Hwy 70 and snap a clamp. I called the shop and they drove up to where I was stranded and brought me 2 clamps, now that's fantastic service and just a hell of a nice thing to do. I drove back to their shop as obviously I couldn't get it secured enough by hand. They came out took a look and a few minutes later had it secured much better then I could do. We left the shop and continued our travels. Don't know their names but thank you to the four different employees who all helped us on short notice. Thank you Neudorf's !

I am not raising any questions back then cuz I was busy. But today, i went to a check and they told me, that this store put on the WRONG size of tire on ONE SIDE of FRONT wheels! Which is very dangerous. Attached is the photo of my check. And another discounted tires location confirmed the wrong size. It is already illegal to put on tires without my consent; it is horrible to put on the wrong one. Absolutely zero star if I could. PS: this is only for this location, rather than the company. Discount tires is very great company. They gave me full refund, proper fix and explanations

I inquired via their website (Desert Sun Toyota specifically, not Desert Sun Motors), and was contacted by an employee who set me up with an appointment with Mr. Saul Velasco. It was a perfect match! Not only is Saul extremely personable, friendly, charismatic, but he is honest, upfront, and looking out for your best interest. I was torn between two vehicles and he helped me decide by looking at short term and long term goals. He was practical, helpful, knowledgeable, and overall just made me feel super comfortable and confident in doing business with him. You go into car dealerships expecting to get slighted or cheated in some way. I am a huge skeptic. I don't trust easily, but Saul earned my trust and I can vouch for him for sure. I purchased a used vehicle and she is running fine. We had a little hiccup within the first 15 days of purchase, but Desert Sun Motors took care of the problems without any chargers. They were minor issues and they handled them. She's running fine *knock on wood*. Working with Saul was incredible. The money was handled with a gentlemen named Nick who isn't as warm as Saul, but he got the job done. There are plenty of dealerships in the area and lots of competition.
