KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IS MY ADVICE…read more Paid £60 plus vat for a diagnostic check for turbo problem. the check was driving car around the block for 5 minutes no use of diagnostic machine or starting car from cold to check turbo. Garage confirmed not turbo but a fault on a seal on engine even though 3 others company's had confirmed broken turbo which needed replaced due to white smoke and smell.. Took garage owner at his word as thought turbo specialist. Advised him to replace small part and provide full service as turbo fine given car only worth £1000 . He assured me at this time not problem with Turbo.as would not have got service. He serviced the car and replaced seal cost £278. I rang him to collect car and had not heard form him told me turbo had gone but still had to pay bill of £278 and turbo would cost £600 + . I went to garage to complain he asked his wife to escort his children from office then starting verbally abusing me and my daughter telling us to get out of office. We paid and left the garage my daughter who is pregnant was very upset at his aggressive attitude. I subsequently took car to two other garages and they diagnosed within two minutes that turbo had gone Do not use this garage he is aggressive when you complain. He is not a turbo specialist. he told me originally he had turbo on stock that was a lie a well I now in the process of exploring court action. He also bragged about having people who will respond to complaints on his behalf so be very wary of reviews on this site after a complaint

They fill out a pre-fitment check which has been noted all four ok, then ok scribbled out and replaced with scratches. Got a horrible attitude from the guy, shocking customer service. Acting like its not an issue because they've owned up to some of the damage with no customer care at all! Awful company!

Now a regular customer, they have never tried to stitch me up like the major tyre chains, and they take the time to discuss your needs and budgets for tyres. My Mitsubishi has an unusual tyre size and the chains wanted £170+ per tyre with no options. Darcy's were able to supply me at £100 per tyre, and they currently do MOT's for £30. Can't rate these folks highly enough........... give them a call!
