I called ahead to Jackie Cooper Infiniti, Jake Mathews got us in early the next morning, and we were on our way in less than 6 hours. While we were waiting for the repair we went to the Woody Guthrie Museum, Bob Dylan Museum and Greenwood Rising; all excellent venues, worth the time to visit.

They have people running the dept that don't have the knowledge to fix the issues and always have to ask the foreman in the back and tell you they will get right back to you and don't. Every time I think I find a new decent service person they leave or they switch me the next trip in. The management over them is the problem also because we have spoken to them on a few occasions snd they never fix anything permanently. They have a high turnover rate and less than desirable help. I wasn't going to buy the second one because of the service but we last minute thought we would try them again. We need another Infiniti dealership that's closer.The sales is good and follow through but the service dept is lacking.
