I was happy with this business the couple of times Id been there before and I tipped the mechanic…read morebig time however it seems to have been a honeymoon phase and the staff cover up their true selves with a fake friendly demeanour. Dont be fooled, This business is awful and Im paying the price for trusting them when I saw signs they were shady. I give peoole too many chances as in this case. I am sharing this as I dont want anyone elses property damaged. These people are not trustworthy at all and in fact are dishonest. Thry do not care one bit about peoples property they are being paid to protect. This past Fall》 1. OIL CHANGE I paid them to do an oil change before my big trip. They did not put the sticker on my windshield and told me they dont do that and I would need to figure out when the next one was needed. I had to get another one as I was worried they didnt do it. 2. REPAIRS I paid them to do cosmetic repairs but it was not all done and they did not alter the charge. I told them it would be nice for them to go over the work with customers before they leave but they said they dont do that. 3. CARGO TRAILER I put my cargo trailer into storage there. I did not realize it was not fenced at the back. It looks like a junk yard back there with some guys hanging around who say they are not affiliated with the business. The landscape is bumpy and muddy. Vehicles are crammed in. They moved my cargo after they thought I had left for the south. When I returned to get something I called to let them know I was coming and nothing was said, and I ran around frantically trying to find it which they knew would happen... I thought it was stolen! I finally found it on the very outside of the crappy compound practically in a field right up next to a pole so I could barely get my stuff out. There was no apology or explanation other than they needed the space for someone else. I wrote to them and told them I was concerned about my property being unsafe in that spot and to please move it but they disregarded it. My cargo was vandalized and property stolen from it and left open for FIVE days when they finally decided to inform me and it wasnt the manager who called, just an employee who was not so nice - unapologetic and not wanting to talk so I got no information. I asked why they waited FIVE DAYS to tell me and they said because of the police investigation, which the Wpg police (who I called but it is the RCMP who were involved) said is nonsense. They left my property UNLOCKED out there! I asked for them to LOCK IT and MOVE IT to an safer place but request denied. She told me to come and get it but Im away. I had to call around and post on face book to get help and someone from out of town went to get it and tow it to their place. Upon arrival they were refused entry, I had emailed them and told them I wanted the friend to survey the area and take pictures before towing it. THEY towed it out to the parking lot. I was told just one bin of mine was out on the ground which was hard to believe as there is a lot missing. They allow customers to come and go but told my friend its "dangerous". I do not know any details as they refused to tell me. I called the wrong police and now Im trying to get a hold of the RCMP officer who investigated it to find out what the scene looked like and details since I know zero I called the manager, Jody who finally answered the phone and was totally disrespectful to me. She seems to think this is no big deal and proceeded to tell me how busy she was with other things and when I got upset she hung up. I understand theres an elenent of risk when storing things but the way a situation is handled is what counts and this has nit bedn handled well AT ALL.most people know that showing comoassion is a heloful thing to do when sonething bad happens to someone, let along your custoner. I am a full time RV er so my motorhome and cargo are my home so this is a total violation and I am very distrsught. My parents just sold their home and there were family treasures in there, my dads tools, oersonal files, a laptop and CPU ... I ferl the cargo was left that way so people could help themselves to whats in there. I am even wondering about who actually did this, if you know what I mean. This crime happened just before my storage was ending .. coincidentally. Use a proper storage facility and investigate ... read reviews - look at where your vehicle will be parked and if it will be left in that spot.

Don't waste your hard earned money or time with Winnipeg RV Service…read more Brought my Class A Bus in account no dash heat they said that is something they could look at. Picked it up and they informed me it is probably the thermostat and they can not do that work. I little research with Youtube informed me there are shut off valves at the rear by the motor. Found them they were closed now there is heat. These guys have no idea what they are doing. They are also responsible for losing my rear cargo door they did not secure properly and lost the door somewhere on the road traced back and can not find. There customer service is the worst. They told me it was my responsibility to walk around the vehicle. Beware, Do Not waste your hard earned money. It will cost you for nothing. Tell all your friends I am telling mine to stay away
