I drove it for a while and that issue was still occurring. I took it back again and they "fixed" it. I thought that it was finally fine so I drove off again. I continued to drive it as normal (I did not overrun the car or mistreat the car in any way). Naturally, the check engine light came on again. This cycle continued until recently when I decided to take it back to them. They "fixed" it again, but this time they were sure they had fixed the problem. They held my car from me until the warranty ended, and then proceeded to tell me that the warranty was up so they would no longer continue to fix my car. I get the whole warranty situation, but they said my car was done when I called earlier in the week. They only wanted to keep it because they needed to make sure it was fixed. They also told me it was my fault that the car's check engine light kept coming on, even though every time the light would come on it was soon after I had left their "shop". I have proof from the beginning that the code is still there. I had parts put in, which they paid for, but they did not fix the issue as they had said they would. I am now left with a car that STILL does not run correctly, and the dealership told me that they do not want to help me fix it anymore even though the car is still under warranty (as of when I called), and the same code keeps popping up on the dash. Be careful when buying from them!!

John Kalnas and Cynthia Berninzoni sat on the porch, the quiet of Lackawanna County occasionally punctuated by the distant hum of traffic from Interstate 81. For John, the weekend called for more than just relaxation; he had his heart set on a specific truck he'd seen listed online. The following morning. Jphn and Cynthia set out on a ninety--minute drive south, winding through the coal region until the landscape opened up into the Susquehanna River Valley. Their destination was Selinsgrove Ford, a dealership known for its sprawling lot just off the Golden Strip of Route 11/15. Upon arriving in Selinsgrove, the atmosphere was different from the busting valley of Moosic. The air was clearer, smelling of river water and nearby farmland. John walked the rows of polished chrome and fresh paint until he found it: a deep--impact blue F--150. Cynthia watched from the shade of the showroom glass as John circled the vehicle, checking the wheel wells and the bed liner with the practiced eye of a man who knew his way around a garage. Inside the dealership, the smell of fresh coffee and floor was filled the air. They spent the afternoon navigating the paperwork, the rhythmic scratch of pens providing a soundtrack to their transition from ''just looking'' to ''taking it home.'' By the time they pulled out of the Selinsgrove Ford lot, the sun was beginning to dip behind the rolling hills of Snyder County. John took the lead in the new truck, Cynthia following behind in their car. As they crossed the bridge over the Susquehanna, heading back toward Moosic, the 2017 autumn air finally began to cool, marking the start of a new season and a long drive home in a brand--new ride.

Would definitely recommend! We live in NH and our son goes to Susquehanna U. Of course we have…read moretrusted mechanics in our hometown and are generally wary of dealerships from experience. The Ford dealership in our town is NOT friendly, especially if you did not buy the car from them. Selinsgrove Ford is the opposite. They are very welcoming and friendly. So when my son was hearing some noise from the breaks/wheels in his Escape, we took a chance and had him go to Selinsgrove Ford. Turns out our "trusted" hometown mechanics did not properly tighten the lug nuts on all 4 wheels after changing tires. We drove from NH like that! Selinsgrove ford got the car right in and I got a call right back after they inspected it. They tightened everything up for no charge and sent him on his way. That made a great first impression. Fast forward - When he was home on a short break, part of a tree fell on his car the day before he needed to return to school. It was driveable, but with a good amount of cosmetic damage to the roof, doors and tailgate. We called Selinsgrove Ford and they offered to do the work and work with our insurance company directly if needed to get the car fixed. It takes some trust to have work like that done hundreds of miles away, but I would do it again if needed without question. The body shop did excellent work and bent over backwards to rectify an issue that occured while fixing the damage. The car looks great and we are very satisfied.
