I also appreciate they have a nice waiting area with free coffee, bottled water and some baked goods provided. Lots of overstuffed chairs and a couple TVs running too. The service work was completed in a timely fashion (longer than Jiffy Lube but still reasonable) and I received a "check up" on other systems in the car. I really appreciated that they didn't try and plus sell me wiper blades or an air filter, which is commonplace at all dealerships I've been to in the past. The price was high as compared to other retail establishments like Quick Lube, Jiffy Lube, even Pueblo Tires coming in at $89 PLUS an added fee for shop supplies or other such nonsense. Just build it into your price!!! And $30 to rotate four tires? Yeah, I'll buy replacements at America's Tires and get it for free thanks. But, I got it done knowing the prices so that's on me.

At our first service visit, we discovered we had no coverage. When we spoke to our salesperson, Ivan Camarillo, he was dismissive and said it wasn't his responsibility to inform us. To be fair, the service department under the new ownership was a great experience--friendly, professional, and they even provided a complimentary oil change. Sales communication, however, needs significant improvement.

I…read moresunk over $4000 in mechanical fixtures but decided to return it since after all that, THE VEHICLE STILL KEPT BREAKING DOWN. I never asked for assistance to pay for the fixtures. I never even asked for credit or another vehicle after I returned it. All I asked for was time to catch up on payments for the 1st vehicle I had previously purchased. I fell behind on my payments due to throwing money away with the 2nd vehicle. GERARDO SAENZ decided to keep BOTH vehicles, resell them to another unfortunate soul while I was left stranded. LESSON LEARNED!! WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM AUTO SAENZ IN ALTON.

I just wanted to send a quick review of Sergio's Truck Accessories in Pharr , Texas. I called the…read moreday before I went in to confirm that they could do the work and had appointment availability. Sergio answered the phone and told me to come in the next morning to see what I had and what I wanted installed into my truck. They opened at 9am and I was the first one there. The shop was already opened when I arrived and Sergio was right there to greet you. He was willing to answer questions and as soon as he saw the rear leaf pack I wanted installed he quickly got my truck to the mechanic and we were off to the races! In no time he had it installed and good to go. While waiting I spoke to Sergio about trucks , life and even our families. He's a great guy and owner. His shop has been around for 20 years plus and I can definitely tell why people keep coming back. I'll be back for sure and will be referring him to my truck friends. -Rick

A few months back I took my truck in so I could have some off-road lights installed. They did a…read morevery poor job, scratched up my vehicle, and tightened a bolt so much that it bent the panel on my truck and looks awful now. You could tell they also did little to no measuring as the lights are not placed symmetrically, which also looks awful. They took very little pride in their work, and I would recommend going somewhere else for truck accessories here in The Valley.
