We completely shut down in the parking lot of Jacksons repair shop at 3:30AM. Considering we had very little options we decided to wait there until they opened at 7:30AM. That is when a spectacular blessing happen to us. The owners saw us on their security cameras and came to our rescue. Image our surprise when they came to check on us. They drove us (Including Rocco our lab) to the nearest dog friendly hotel, fixed our truck in a timely manner, After much needed rest we were back on the road later that morning. (yep later that same morning ). The cost was much less than we expected and the truck is running great. Who does all that for their customer??? Johnsons Shop is all about Minnesota nice and more. We are still in awe with our good fortune. The best family owned shop! Thank you Dennis & Eileen the owners, and Ed for transporting us back to the shop.

Chase and Tanner invited me to their shop to describe their process. After meeting with them, I was sold. Firstly, Chase and Tanner treat you like you've been friends for years. They're honest, welcoming, and their sense of humor is fantastic. I was terrified to take my car anywhere, but I had no hesitation giving them the key to my brand new car for the weekend while they worked on it. Secondly, the work they do is amazing. With a 1,000 Mile trip back home looming, we didn't want to drive without a spare tire. Talked to most of the shops up in that area and only one shop seemed to want to help us. But the tires wouldn't be there for 4 days. So I called I-29 Tire and Service. Told them our predicament. Nate told us they would have the tires the next morning. To stop on our way through and it would take an hour. True to his word. The whole process for 4 new tires took less than an hour and the prices where great to boot.
