After researching and talking to local businesses about detailing and ceramic coating my 2018 Audi RS3, I happened across Above Expectations. Chase and Tanner invited me to their shop to describe their process. After meeting with them, I was sold. Firstly, Chase and Tanner treat you like you've been friends for years. They're honest, welcoming, and their sense of humor is fantastic. I was terrified to take my car anywhere, but I had no hesitation giving them the key to my brand new car for the weekend while they worked on it. Secondly, the work they do is amazing. I've never seen a car look so new or so clean (and I took delivery of it right off the truck from port). They dedicated a weekend to detailing and then treating it with Feynlab's ceramic coatings. I sweat the details and always find something to complain about, but couldn't find a single thing they missed or did wrong. I've never been happier and will only take my vehicles to them. Hands down, the best experience I've had anywhere.

I picked it up today and it honestly looks brand new, inside and out. The entire team provided excellent customer service and kept me updated every step of the way. They worked directly with my insurance (Allstate), which made the process seamless. Although the repairs took a bit longer due to weather-related delays in parts arriving, they were very apologetic and transparent about it. Considering the amount of work done, the timing was more than reasonable. I'm extremely happy with the results and truly appreciate all their hard work. Thank you so much!
