The car is not new and my friend didn't want to spend the money so I took it in to Shawn for my friend. He reviewed the situation and for $150.00 he fixed the car. He didn't do the same thing the dealer wanted to do but the car is like new. He's the only guy I'm going to take my car to from now on and my friend feels the same way. He pointed out the difference between what the dealer wanted to do and what he did. He didn't use new parts but they were serviceable and that was done a while ago. The car is still fine.

I go back because it is always the same people, no staff turn over. You made guys are quick and courteous and direct. I pull up and there is usually not a line but if I do have to wait for somebody then I usually only need to wait for one person. They always have two bays working at the same time. Today it took either four or five minutes. I pull up and somebody will help direct me right into the garage I choose then he will ask me to pop my hood and turn off my engine and then my oil gets changed while I sit in the car. I can't have my air conditioning on because my car is off but it is in the shade and it has never been a problem since it is quick even when I have had sleeping babies in the car seat behind me. Feared the worst: which would be $700 according to Hyundai. I was completely freaked-out. Hyundai also wanted $104 JUST TO LOOK AT THE CAR. Again, T&W looked at it, told me what was wrong, applied temporary fix and told me where to get part at low cost - charge was $10. 13 months ago, Hyundai Service Center quoted me HUNDREDS to fix a problem that these guys fixed for $80.
