And to my surprise I was actually out in less than an hour! 9:53am! Even with an appointment all the other dealerships I've been to take at least a couple hours. THE BEST PART, about 40min into my wait I got a text message from the dealership and it was a video of what the technician did and what he found with the squeaky breaks!! I've never had this type of customer service from a dealership service center 10/10!!!

VT (we live in Essex, VT). She had the TPMS sensor go off within 20 miles of returning home. Additionally, the high beams didn't work nor did the left turn signal indicator. The vehicle had a new VT state inspection sticker on it and has now been serviced at Key in South Burlington as well as Heritage Ford twice. The problems are yet to be resolved. All this over a couple parts that cost a few hundred dollars. This is one of 4 vehicles we use for our business, and you can bet that Heritage Ford and Key will not see any further vehicle sales from us again. The lack of customer service is terrible and the excuses as well as delays are endless. As a business owner myself I would NEVER put a customer through this much. The vehicle has spent more time at service repair locations than with us! I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your next vehicle and avoiding repairs at either of these dealerships at all costs. TWO DAYS after purchase I tried to return the car. Only then did I learn how limited the offer was. My mechanic had found issues that will cost me immediately. I am 74, very small income, I cannot afford to spend extra right away. In fact the owner, Mr. Shapiro, not only told me the car was overpriced by them, he laughed and said whatever the market will bear was fair. These guys are the epitome of the Shyster car dealer stereotype.

I arrived and the business was busy , but they were able to get me in for an inspection even though I was supposed to make an appointment. The process was quick and not a very long wait . I enjoyed the mental stimulating game show that was playing on the TV in the waiting area. The car did not pass due to a couple minor details but I was given the suggestions to repair by a very customer friendly staff. Time and money well spent for a Saturday morning.

I came down for a routine oil change, but told them I noticed a terrible smell in my air conditioning, as if something had died in there. They took apart the entire air filter system until they found the source, which was indeed a big dead mouse. They spent so much time cleaning and remedying the situation.
