Another road trip stop along the way, this Autogrill is located on the A22 north of Verona towards Trento. Much like others, there is a sign letting you know 5 km prior, 2 km prior and then 1km prior. Lots of warning so that you can find an open slot in between the trucks on the highway. At the entrance, it splits cars to the left and trucks to the right. Inside, coffee bar, restaurant and lots of snacks to be purchased. Snacks in gigantic packages or one serving. A seating area. And yes, free bathrooms. Nice to see that after the ones in Germany that were 50 cents to use. They were clean. Although it is intended to be a grab-and-go type restaurant there is some limited bar style seating in the restaurant with some phone charger cables available for your use. The pasta is made fresh daily and is paired with your choice of one of nine sauces in a easy to carry take away bowl. We had the Bolognese and the Amatriciana and were blown away by how good they both were. At € 5,00 a serving it is a must try spot if you're in the area.
