Booked the car into the Yeerongpilly store (which is on the way to work for me), they were extremely professional, provided excellent service, useful suggestions and advice, and rectified all of my issues. Have not been back to the Stafford store to see if the problems I encountered have been taken care of, but management at Fulcrum Suspensions definitely care about the thoughts and concerns of their customers, so definitely give them a go, and if there are any further dramas let their management know and they will be on top of it (which is much much better than some other companies I've dealt with!) A++ for listening and fixing the problem, hopefully future customers at this store receive as good as service as I received at their Yeerongpilly store.

The mechanic Aaron remembered our phone conversation from days earlier, called me to provide updates during the day, when it would be ready, etc. The cost was very reasonable for the work done, and was told what work would be needed soon and a time/cost estimate for each. I'll now be a regular customer and also recommending them to everyone.
