The stocking is okay, not as much as some other Repcos (like Fawkner) but better than other such as the Richmond store. I went up to the counter and was immediately greeted by a cheery staff member who told me my manual was not available but they could order it, if I wanted. While I declined, the service experience was prompt and to the point. I would come back to this store if I needed to.

The staff here were happy to help- even when they knew I wouldn't be buying that day and happy to explain everything in layman's terms (and I mean layman's!) They actually listened to what I wanted, were realistic with what I could afford and what they had, and didn't come across as sleazy or dodgy like a cars salesman can. They gave me some brouchers, let me talk to their finance guy and treated me like a human being. Would definitely trust to buy my first adult car off.
