My older son and I were doing our best to loosen the last lug nut so we could jack up the car and change the tire, but it simply wouldn't budge. It was extremely hot, and after more than an hour on the side of the road, we were exhausted. When these two gentlemen saw us struggling, they immediately stopped to help. Within minutes, they had their tools out, loosened the stubborn lug nut, jacked up my car, and changed the tire. My daughter was on the verge of tears, and I was doing my best to stay calm and take care of the situation while making sure my kids were okay. Their kindness and willingness to help felt like a true answer to prayer. I offered to pay them for their help, but they kindly refused, simply saying, "God bless." In a world where people often keep driving, these two men took the time to help a stranded mom and her children without expecting anything in return. I hope they know how much their kindness meant to us. I can't thank them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone. Their compassion and generosity made a stressful day so much easier, and I'll never forget it.

He was incredibly patient with me while I went back and forth on deciding between 2 bikes. While I was getting the paper work settled he went so far as to tab ALL of the important information I'd need in the owners manual; from the break in period to the maintenance stuff in the back. He really went above and beyond, and I love my Breakout. The parts department is equally impressive. Didn't take long before I wanted to change some things to personalize my scooter. Rodney in parts is incredibly knowledgeable. When you are looking at replacing things he'll make sure you don't forget the gaskets and/snap rings that you may need to complete the job. While I primarily deal with Rodney all of the guys at the desk are awesome. I've also bought parts from Rudy, and he was great as well. These guys are either techs in a past life or they wrench on their own bikes. In my experience, they know their stuff. Finally, the service department. Fortunately, I haven't had to have much to do with service. Take care of your bike, and it'll take care of you. I did have the privilege of having the master tech, Allen work on a few things. I'm thoroughly impressed with how well he knows these machines. I can't speak on the negative reviews on here. Seems they were years in the past. I will say that if you are patient with folks they will be patient with you. Be courteous, and it'll come back on you. The original estimate was a little over $900. I was told there would be a small wait time, but it was winter so no big deal. A. Opulent if months went by so I. O Ts Ted them for an update. I spoke with Tim. He said they had ordered anew clutch cable (the one on the bike was new) because the one on it was too long. Two more months went by I had to contact them again. This time I was told their master mechanic was coming to look at the bike because. I went to the dealership Memorial weekend to speak with Tim again and was told there would be bike would be done within two weeks. We are now in September so I had to get nasty. An entire riding season was about over. They had the bike 9 months. I was told they had test drove my bike and everything was fine. Tim did say they adjusted the carb, but since they didn't have the specs they did the best they could, but the bike drove fine. Due to the fact it took so long I was told the bill would be adjusted. When I went to pick my bike up my bill was only $132. I assumed it was because they had the bike for almost a year. I was on the highway going home when the shifter peg came flying off, the mirrors were loose, some bolts went flying off and the bike was still leaking oil. Savannah Harley-Davidson released a dangerous motorcycle with loose parts, leaking oil and a clutch that was so tight by the time I got home my hand hurt so bad I could hardly shift. After I got home I discovered NOTHING had been done to my motorcycle. After 9 months. I have every email they sent saying repairs were being done and they had take it out for a test drive to make sure the bike was good to go. I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business's Bureau and I suggest that you all steer clear of Savannah Harley-Davidson.

My besties truck broke down off Highway 17 in Richmond Hill and we discovered this shop based on location. After checking reviews online, he called and spoke with the manager, Larry, who was immediately personable and helpful. Chris (the bestie) went up to the shop to meet with Larry to explain the issues and see if it's something they could help with. Chris was impressed with the shop which appeared very clean and organized and felt very comfortable and confident after meeting with Larry. He needed a tow, and Larry recommended someone he knew who gave him a great price and handled it almost immediately. Throughout the process, Larry was helpful with information and suggestions, and we got the truck repaired quickly and at a very reasonable cost. Fast-forward to my own car having issues. Based on our first experience, we called on a Friday mid-morning to see if they could squeeze us in. Not only could they accommodate us, they got us in right away! Larry went out of his way to research the parts we needed and find the most cost-effective/timely solution. Within FOUR HOURS, my car was repaired and ready to go! When I picked it up, it was EVEN LlESS than originally estimated because they had saved me approximately $100 by not replacing a gasket unnecessarily after checking that it was good to go as is. Something else worth mentioning is how personable and friendly everyone at the shop was. Let's face it, automotive repair shops aren't always known for having the friendliest staff, but everyone I encountered here seemed genuinely friendly and even jovial! To me, that says something about how a business is managed. My impression is that they value their employees and maintain enough staff to provide the quick turnaround they advertise.
