Vaden Nissan of Hinesville - You can see the chipping on the edge of my brand, new tires from where they cut the wheel too sharp, and it was rubbing it against the body.

The customer service that I received from Kim and Deon today was phenomenal! I was only there for a…read moreshort amount of time, and I didn't get my car serviced today as scheduled. Upon arriving Deon quickly checked me in and informed me of this location's diagnostic fee. I wasn't too happy about this news because my car, a Chevrolet Impala, is only two years old and under warranty for all maintenance and repairs. Nevertheless I proceeded to the waiting area and prepared to wait for what I was hoping wouldn't be bad news. After waiting for about 3-4 minutes, Kim walked in and sat next to me with paperwork in her hand. She explained that I could pay the diagnostic fee and for repairs with them or take it to a Chevy dealership where it would most likely be covered under my powertrain warranty, which is covered by Chevy. I immediately remembered how I got such poor customer service from the original Chevy dealership that I purchased my car from last year and was thinking I'd rather pay than deal with the service advisors at Vaden Chevy in Savannah. But she quickly explained that I could go to the Chevy dealership in town. With great relief, I went to Mike Reed Chevrolet to see what they could do for me. What stood out the most about the service I received from Deon was how he immediately stopped what he was doing on his computer and greeted me with eye contact and a smile. He was upfront with me about costs and was very quick with checking my vehicle in for service. I've been slapped in the face with fees AFTER my car was serviced by the Vaden dealership in Savannah in the past (and I felt like I had been taken advantage of because has to pay them before they would give me my car keys). What stood out to me about the service I received from Kim was the way she approached me in the waiting area. Most service people that I've dealt with usually just stand at the door, call your name, and summon me to come to them to be checked out. But not Kim. She came in and sat down right next to me and talked to me with constant eye contact and a smile. She also had taken the time to ask one of the technicians if there was a possibility of my issue being a powertrain problem, then to see if it would be covered under the warranty. Instead of just taking my money, she took the time to research all of that! When I got the the Chevy dealership they took great care of me, and was shocked that they (Kim) would even do all that for me. What Kim did may seem like no big deal so some, but I was almost in tears when I thought I was going to have to deal with the Savannah service advisors. Thanks Kim and Deon for such great customer service today! You two should provide a training class to the service advisors at the Vaden Chevy location in Savannah.

Deceitful Marketing and Won't honor their own policies. Came in to get Mobile 1 Oil. They wanted…read morelike $40 for oil and had a special to include oil filter and some kind of cleaner. I asked them to price match with Walmart for around $30 that's just the oil and they refused. I quote their company policy found on their website that says Advance Auto Parts will price match local competitors in store and online. The employee then tells me, well Walmart isn't a competitor so they won't price match. Like really? You sell the same oil as Walmart and if we don't meet an agreement I'm gonna go down the road to get the same product at cheaper price that's the very definition of a competitor. Employee still refused to honor their policy so I drove to Walmart and bought same oil almost $10 cheaper. Also there special where you get a free oil filter and cleaner is absolutely deceitful as all they did was raise the price of oil and through in more products that equals the same if you were not to have risen oil price. So it's not really free your still paying for the filter and cleaner just by paying more for the oil.
