It's convenient and for the price it's good especially during the winter months. I also use the dog wash area for my shepherd mix. Also convenient with a lot of options but a bit too pricy considering I have a large dog that needs more than 10min to rinse, soap up, and rinse the soap off for $10 when petsmart charges $30 for full bath and brush.

After going to numerous stations trying to find a useful vacuum it was irritating to see the "attendants" stand at the car wash entrance on their phones. Waste of time and money! I have never had much luck with touch less car washes but I thought for a free wash I would at least check it out. At that point that day it seemed to do a decent job so I spent $40 for 6 of the new and improved level. This was half price. I used the coupons twice for each of my vehicles. The car wash didn't seem as good either time but it seemed even worse after the second time. It doesn't clean the dirt off at all. This is normally 12 bucks a wash. You can see dirt on the windshield where the wipers don't touch the windshield but the whole vehicle is still dirty. My wife called and left a message trying to get our money back and he said he wanted us to meet for him to look at the vehicles. From the beginning he was trying to make it something that I did wrong. "When was the last time you had these detailed? ( I wax and buff both of my vehicles twice a year which was about two weeks before this ordeal). I can tell you for sure the finish on both vehicles was smooth and slick when I finished waxing them. The owner and the guy working at the car wash washed both of our vehicles by hand. Afterwards we were looking at one of my vehicles and there was a grit still on the finish the they proceeded to blame me for "waxing soap into the finish" every step of the way trying to make it something I did wrong. There are many open fuel pumps, and a car wash that you never have to wait too long at. My favorite bonus about this location - the convenient Hedberg Public Library Book/DVD rental drop off boxes.
