It didn't look like they vacuumed the hatch area at all. I had to have them redo the windows, wipe down the intererior, etc. Isn't that all included in the SUPREME wash. The interior should be free of any dust, lint, etc. Windows should be clean, there should be no water marks on the outside of the vehicle. Keep in mind this is an SUV with less that 4K miles and primarly used by one person, not a hard job! I get that it the employees get in robot mode, one car after the other, repeated functions, but you won't have a job to come to if customers stop coming. There are numerous drive through car washes all over town and I can do a much better vacuuming and wiping down the inside than they did.

Overall, it was a decent car wash with minimal complaints and I thought the way the blowdryers specifically adjusted to your car's height was pretty cool. I paid $25 for the best wash they had and was slightly disappointed to see that there was still plenty of dirt on my tires and the back of my car, so next time I probably won't get the best and pay that much for it to miss so much. They walked around giving free rear view mirror air freshness and that was pretty awesome. Overall I would come back!

Once I got my bearings, I paid for an upgraded service which included inside dash, door and console wipe down. For the most part, I was pleased. They missed some spots on the inside of the door and the inside window. The spray they used to shine the tires over sprayed onto the car and it was after the guys had finished drying the outside. Since they didn't go over it again that spray left a spotty film on the exterior in a few places. I had to get a wet cloth to wipe it off when I got home and spotted it. I left a really nice tip so next time I will check it more thoroughly BEFORE I leave such a generous tip. I will be back but I may not pay so much for all of that extra service.

Been in one of their monthly membership of Unlimited since April of last year but not getting too much use of it towards October - December. Moving forward, I went there back in December, and since I had to get rid of my old car and didn't have the opportunity to remove the sticker, I approached them to ask for a cancellation of the membership at the moment and a refund. I WAS TOLD BY THEM AND PROMISED I will get a refund after coming to an agreement for the month of December, the guy who helped me did mention they usually don't do that and he was doing an exception. Mind you, this was something they themselves said they would do, and after requesting some information they told me I'd receive a check on the mailbox within a week. I didn't receive anything and moving forward, I realized they were STILL CHARGING MY CARD. Now, it's February and I went in again and give them the details and I immediately found myself receiving petty attitude and being cut off mid talking. They said they would only pay me the months of January and February but they refuse to refund December. I find myself upset by the way I was treated and extremely unsatisfied with the outcome of such an interaction. If you can't deliver don't say or promise. I know costumer always wants to be right and this cannot always be the case, but again, I wouldn't have expected to get a refund if I was not told so I would do so. One star because I cannot give zero for their unprofessionalism and poorly costumer service.
