I have done the math and it doesn't make sense for me to buy your membership. I wash my car at home and just use the car wash very occasionally. I don't need you to press buttons on the screen for me, I'm a big boy and can do that myself. Unless I am in a pinch I will likely never go there anymore. It's a shame because I do like the car wash, just hate being sold something every time I go. The screen is self service so not sure why I need someone to do that for me. I have been to several Tommy's Express car washes in the Tulsa area. Usually I go to the South…read morePeoria location, which is where I went today. I have previously mentioned that there are not always attendants at the entrance so sometimes you just have to pull onto the conveyor belt that pulls you through the car wash on your own. During those times, no plastic bag is put over your rear window. Today when I went through the South Peoria location, there were two attendants, one of them was guiding me onto the conveyor belt, while the other one put the plastic bag over my rear window wiper. The car wash proceeded normally and I was happy with the way the car looked when I came out. When I pulled into vacuum station number nine, The driver side hose nozzle fell off as I was removing the hose from its holder. I was able to screw the nozzle back on without having to alert anyone. However, when I tried to move the hose around to the hatchback of my car the hose was barely long enough to enable me to vacuum out the rear of my car. I don't recall that ever happening before. I guess I got a short hose. There is a car mat washing machine near the vacuums. If you have flat mats, you simply insert them in the slot of the machine and it pulls the mats in, washes them and spits them out. It won't work on mats like WeatherTech though, they must be flat mats. Today's experience doesn't change my overall opinion and I leave my rating at four stars.

The boy who was supposed to tell me when to put my car into neutral failed to do so. He also didn't tell me if my wheels needed to be more aligned. And the lights at the end don't tell you when to put your car on drive. All the lights on the board at the end were all blinking. There needs to be better instructions for coming in and going out. Will not be back because I'm just too afraid something bad will happen to my car.
