From mistakes on the closing documents, to the escrow account not being set up properly. First they don't pay my insurance company and then they pay for taxes on a property not tied to my account. They caused my escrow balance to shoot up and have only played the blame game and gave me the runaround. Here I am still trying to get my escrow account fixed after following up with them for almost 4 months. No one wants to help, they are useless and won't fix the issue that resulted from their mistake.

She would run my credit like clockwork each month to be spiteful yet once I pay off my account no update has been made to my account. She loves to argue and refuses to accept responsibility for giving my account info away. I will not
