He's rude when he answers the phone and acts like he's doing you a HUGE favor just by answering a few quick questions if he even answers them at all. I'm highly disappointed with the way he treats his customers. Don't waste your time and spare yourself a rude phone call. It doesn't take much to be kind and answer a few questions. Ron, if you are so unhappy with what you do maybe you should choose a different profession. Perhaps one where you don't have to speak to anyone. I hear Yakima Waste Systems is hiring. I'll be taking my business to other "Ron" in town. At least he treats his customers like people, not problems.
