I had originally taken my car for a brand new windshield, after having asked if they had a used one and being told that there wasn't one. At my appointment, Doug (I'm pretty sure that was his name? I'm not great with names!) brought my car back into their shop, and came out and informed me that he had looked again and found a used windshield that was the right size! Mary, (who is phenomenal), was in contact with my insurance company so I didn't have to deal with them in getting my car repaired. Once Ray's started working on my car they found additional items wrong with it that you couldn't initially see and Mary ensured all items were fixed and was in contact with the insurance company. Ray's takes the worry and frustration out of dealing with insurance companies and I am so thankful and love how my car looks! I am definitely a satisfied customer and would recommend Rays to anyone who is looking for any type of autobody/mechanical work to their vehicle. I trusted them with my car and they came through with the entire package of body work, mechanical work and above all else top notch customer service! Thanks Don, Mary and the entire staff at Ray's!

They called right away and found out what was wrong, and then gave me a quote. Since the owners were so helpful, I scheduled some other work that needed to be done. I got my truck back when they said it would be done and it was cleaner than when I brought it in. The cool thing was, I even got a thank you card. To me, the small things matter! Ray's auto body took great care of me and gave me a great price too. Make sure you go to Ray's, you won't be sorry!!
