I broke my windshield around 9:15 AM on a regular Tuesday. Something flew up and left a softball sized hole in the windshield of my car. I'm including a picture to show the damage. I've seen this place for years as I've driven by, but never had the need to replace my windshield. I checked my insurance and I would have to pay the $500 deductible for glass. They were able to get my rear glass installed and the work was good. The clean out of my vehicle was mediocre. I ended up cleaning a more glass than I would have expected. Unfortunately, less than a year after having the glass installed, it exploded outward while the car was sitting still. There was seam that split horizontally down the center of the glass. Look...that happens. Not all glass is perfect. I explained the situation to the corporate office and asked them to help me with the Lifetime Warranty. Rather than honoring the Warranty, they told me that I hit the glass and caused it to shatter. "Auto Glass Now offers a Lifetime Warranty against any leaks, molding issues or defects in the glass." But they don't honor the Lifetime Warranty. The Warranty isn't worth the digital paper its printed on. Do yourself a favor, go to Safelite. read more

They charged me $250 to calibrate my front detection system and it does not work. It's worth a few hundred dollars more to go to Safelite.

Auto glass now, quoted me a price on the phone to have the windshield replaced. I called the following week to have the windshield installed. Guy came out install the windshield and put the old molding back on. I ask why isn't he putting a new molding on he said they didn't order one, I ask why, he said they didn't order a new one. Installer said I could call in and discuss it with them. This guy was so nice and mentioned to me how I could take another part off, I just let it go. Everyone else I got a quote from that was within five dollars of their price, ask if I wanted a universal molding or Nissan modding and I ask why he said the price would be a little different. Auto glass now never asked so I assumed it would be a universal. All I can say is make sure you ask why you're paying for don't assume are they will use the old molding read more

Been calling over and over. They kept telling me they were coming. Here it is a week later and still a no show. Would not recommend to anyone. They wasted my time and could have at least said not coming or anything. What a joke! Called several times a day and was always told they will head our way. Why lie to a customer over and over? first i would like to start off by saying the lady at the front counter is very rude and it seems as if she has more important things to do then run a business. secondly everything i asked her, she couldn't give me a logical aswer without having to go get one of her technicians out the back to answer for me which is not the way you handle business especially customer service .the guys in the back should be at the front counter because i felt really confident with their assistance. even though a free rock chip was offered for writing a review... i've been contemplating if i was going to write a positive review or an honest one for about a week now. i guess honesty and integrity wins. take notes auto glass now. read more
