These guys were pretty fast and also convenient. They come to your location and also order the glass that you request to replace/fix in just a day so there's no long wait. The price was really fair for how quick and efficient the service was. The only downside to my experience is that when I had my glass replaced, they didn't really do a great job when it came to vacuuming the broken glass shards that was around my seats. I know they do it as a complimentary service, but I thought they would do a thorough job that I didn't need to worry until a friend of mine got a cut on his finger. I hate giving 1 star reviews to small businesses, but I hate having my time wasted more. After no one showed up for either of my appointments (the original and the reschedule on another day after the first no show) I still have my cracked windshield. Apparently there was an issue with the windshield they received for me, but I only found this out when I reached out after no one showed up during my 2 hour appt window. No call or message to me either time. I can understand it happening once (things happen) but twice? With no notice that my appt needed to be rescheduled? That's just bad customer service. read more

I contacted Max at 4:00 pm with a large rock chip on the windshield of my new Tesla S. I was scared to let it sit overnight incase it spread and the cost of replacing is expensive, so Max and Roberto (the Tech) shifted their schedules and came to our house on their way home. They had it (actually two chips in one) fixed within 20-30 minutes and were very professional and kind. It cost a little bit more than other companies, but they went out of their way and they were worth every penny. Update to my previous review. This is one of the companies you are never happy to have to contact and use. I had a large rock hit and shatter the windshield on my truck driving home from Las Vegas. Max had helped me with the another windshield replacement on my daughter's car 2 months prior wonderfully, and he came through again for me. He had the best price, and was able to come the following day on a Saturday with his crew. They worked quickly and installed everything perfectly. I am so happy that yelp/google lead me to Auto Glass Zone. I woke up to find my passenger window had been smashed and my car rummaged through. After all the phone calls with that, I still had to find a shop to fix it. I was able to use yelp to message with Max, which was nice because I hate talking on the phone. He told me he was booked for the day but was available all day the next, he was also able to give me a total price for the job with no hidden fees. I was given a 10am-12pm window, and expected them to arrive closer to 12pm but they called me around 10:20 to say they would be there soon. At 10:30 they arrived at my apartment complex and got right to work. I left them with my keys and went back inside. At 11am they called me back to say the job was done, upon inspection the car looked like nothing had happened to it, they had also vacuumed up all the glass pieces in and around my car. I'm so grateful that they were able to fix my window for such a reasonable price. While the whole ordeal sucks they made that part so much easier. I hope to never have it happen again, but if it does I will be sure to call Max again. Reached out to several shops through Yelp for a window replacement and Max was one of the few that responded in a timely manner. Our conversation leading up to what type of window replacement I needed was quick and efficient. We initially scheduled an appointment a week prior but the wrong glass was ordered (could've been my part since I wasn't entirely sure what kind of sensors I had on my car) but I was able to schedule another appointment within the next couple of days. Just finished getting my window replaced and it looks great! The serviceman was extremely nice and finished the job within 30-45 minutes behind my restaurant. THEY DRIVE TO YOU -- so convenient for someone that works 12-13 hours. They offer several payment methods but checks are not one, so be prepared to have your card/cash ready. Payments through card are processed over the phone but Max was flexible with me (I was busy at work) and we were able to manage a time to handle the payment (confirmation email will be sent to you). Overall, I'm happy with the service and the communication with this business. I believe they offer warranty with replacements but not 100% sure. Lifetime warranty wasn't something necessary for me since I'll be returning my lease so I didn't bother to ask but good to know for future reference since I know where I'll be going if I ever get unlucky again on the fwy.
