I asked the lady at the counter, on the…read moreMonday before, what cars they had available for Friday to Monday and she said none, and told me I was too late to rent a car for the holiday. At first I accepted that, as they probably get a lot of business during long holidays and I just didn't plan far enough ahead. THEN she told me that I could still rent a car from them Wednesday to Monday. Please tell me I'm not going crazy because this doesn't make any sense at all: She says she has a car available for rent Wednesday to Monday but "can't" rent it to me for Friday to Monday instead. She got more irritated each time I asked her how this is possible and she acted like it's common sense. "We don't have a car Friday to Monday, only Wednesday to Monday." What? If a car isn't already reserved by anyone else for a whole 6-day window, shouldn't I be able to rent it for 4 days within that window? I think she was trying to rip me off and sucker me into renting for two extra days I didn't need. That or she was just plain dumb. I didn't rent through them.

Really??? Then we tell her, the car was dirty when you gave it to us. And she told us that she had to vacuum the car, she didn't have time for that, go to Numberg!! Oh my God, costumer service here is poor. I guess if it wasn't for the military the business would go down the drain.
