They allowed a truck that was raised with wider tires to enter the car wash. Their equipment couldn't pass over the hood of that truck, so that truck stopped. However, it kept moving my truck along until it pushed my front bumper into the trailer hitch of that truck. I have repeatedly emailed and called their customer service dept and incident reporting team. I have not heard back once from anyone regarding the status or process to get my truck repaired. They just say that the claim is under review. This is horrible customer service from their corporate office.

Although it's not close to my home, I scheduled an oil change for my C250 to see if they could earn my business. A few hours before my appointment, Max called about a scheduling conflict and asked to reschedule for the next day. It was inconvenient, but his excellent customer service made it an easy decision. When I arrived, my first impression wasn't great. The property looked old-school, with several older damaged vehicles parked around, making it feel crowded and a bit like a junkyard. I questioned whether I'd made the right choice. Inside, Terrence checked me in and estimated 45-60 minutes. I asked for a thorough inspection since I had recently purchased the car, but they only performed a basic visual inspection. While waiting, one of the employees complimented the condition of my air suspension and mentioned the technician had never seen such a clean C250, which gave me confidence that I'd made a great purchase. The service was completed in exactly an hour. Terrence said they found no visible issues and that the car appeared to have been well maintained. The pricing was fair, and the service was good overall. I'm not sure yet if LP & Sons will become my go-to Mercedes shop, but they definitely proved that appearances can be deceiving!

But Mr. Clean Car Wash absolutely delivered. The truck came out looking great, and we found the price really decent for the value and everything we got. After the wash, we took advantage of the self-service vacuum and interior cleaning area, and I was genuinely impressed by how well organized everything was.
