I had to go back and ask this shop to reinstall the wheels correctly. And finally, I now need an extractor kit just to replace the front rotors since the retainer screws are stripped. thx (i had recently replaced the retainer screws by hand, so I knew they were in good condition before this shop mangled them) And finally, they are way overpriced for this sort of service.

Although they can service vehicles, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired…read more our family had two cars to be serviced, one because of battery problems and the other because of an oil change. We were trying to coordinate getting one done in order to drop off another. The first thing I was told, when going to the quick lane was that I would have to wait for the quick lane attendant to make an appointment. We were also asked if we had an appointment for the other car. When the quick lane attendant got there, I was told that they don't take appointments. They also don't need appointments for service. I am confused on why I would have to wait to make an appointment when they don't take appointments. I think the staff here needs to be on the same page.

I dropped the car off, Matt remembered my issue from my previous call. A mechanic called me less than an hour later with an update and an estimate price before he did any work on it. Response, nothing is wrong, maybe change battery ($370) which was twice the time prior I changed it, and I suggested the fuel pump may be bad. They said no. I went back to get it and paid for the battery and diagnostics and while vehicle was warming up (winter) it died. They came out and took a look at it and said we will need to look at it closer. Needless to say I live in Shakopee so they needed a day, not convenient. They came back and said it needed a new fuel pump. Standard fuel pump labor is 3 hours and they charged me 4.5, checked with two other shops. But that is not all, I had a full tank of gas and when I came back they said I had no gas in the tank (30 g. tank) and they had to put gas in it so it cost me an extra $250 in gas. Terrible place.

We usually do business with the Brooklyn Park location closer to home, but the location on Brooklyn…read moreBlvd had more availability for an oil change appointment. During that appointment, they noticed a leak and that we needed a repair on a CV axle. Good thing this was caught, because we are planning a big trip soon, hauling our camper. This company has proved that it doesn't matter the location, you'll get the same great service.

AVOID THIS SHOP AT COSTS. I got my car towed here by AAA, they dropped it in front of the garage…read moredoors then they threatened to tow it because where AAA dropped it off at. Ridiculous. They then told me for a week "we will have an update by the end of the day," "we will have an update in the morning" "we will have an update after the weekend." So I called Monday at 8:30, they said, "we will have an update in an hour" so I called back at 10:00, 1.5 hours later, and they still hadn't looked at it they told me it was the next car which was complete bs givin what they had told me the last week. So I chewed the guy out on the phone and told him and the shop to get fuckin bent and I'm getting it towed to a new place. When I got there to get it towed, they had completely snapped my key off and it is stuck in the ignition. So no wonder they hadn't worked on it they couldn't even turn it to neutral to move into shop. They never told me either, they consistently lied to me just feeding me bullshit I am so frustrated with this place and I rarely write reviews. So I hope this saves somebody the trouble off accidentally getting towed to or making an appointment at this hell hole.
