Busy Bee's sells low-cost (mostly children's) books and they have a huge variety to choose from. There are so many titles, authors, and types of books for infants through teenagers. They've also expanded and have great options for adults as well. It's really hard to browse their store for presents for my kid and other family friends without picking up something for myself. Woops! During the COVID-19 crisis, they have also expanded their retail store online and provide free delivery in Lockport and flat rate shipping outside of LP. I over heard a man training the employees and he said he wants the store to look like a store in the airport where a shopper can come in see a popular book buy it and leave. I have always enjoyed shopping for books taking the time to look at them to see if I am really interested in purchasing it (I buy 2 or more hard cover books a week). I also enjoy going to the cafe. If their attitude is going to be pick your book and get out, I'll go to an independent bookstore that appreciates their customers. If I wanted to pick the book and get out, I would just order from Amazon and have the book delivered to my door. Maybe rethink your new layout.
