The most amazing bit, was that they swept and cleaned up all of the leaves and chips that were left behind. Even my in-laws who have plenty of arborists as family friends, were surprised. I highly recommend these tree surgeons, and will be using them for other work I'll need in the future too (mainly pruning, and maybe a removal). Oh, also they are fully insured which was my original drawcard, and have their own waste removal truck and chipper so no need to get a skip bin sitting in my driveway.

(Not quite the happy image I started with...hhhmmmm). After much stroking of chins and 'it'll cost ya' type conversations, finally we met Mike who gave a quote to remove our Liquidambar which was MUCH more competitive. He turned up on the day (though a little later than first suggested) and the team set to felling our massive tree. The stump required a return visit the next day but at no extra charge - so happy all round - apart from the tree. Got tree issues then they're the solution.

They trimmed just what was needed without taking too much off. They cleaned up perfectly, and didn't leave a trace. I can't comment on value, as I wasn't the paying customer, but it was nice to see a business take the same high level of care, regardless of who is footing the bill.

Greenz Gardenscaping did a makeover of my garden in Earlwood after I returned from a long trip…read more Extremely happy. The garden is the best it has been. Not just hard landscaping, fixing the path and edges but deep weeding and pruning. Chased wayward vines up trees, cleared fences then re-mulched. Access was hard but the team managed to get the job done. The team was on time every day and worked hard. Initial consultation was great. Would highly recommend.

The two Adams and their team at Impressions Landscape Design deliver exceptional work. With close…read moreattention to detail and a polite, respectful manner, they have provided (and are still in the process of building!) the gardens and lawns for a large rural property we're renovating. They genuinely cared about our expected outcome and design, and spent substantial time going over our requests, planning a superb design to incorporate everything beautifully, and hide less appealing areas. Their plant supplies were robust and their detailed irrigation system is flawless so far. We can't wait to move into segments 3-8! While the overall job is still ongoing to date, their communication is as prompt as possible and always professional. Adam has been understanding and engaged at all times, working with us to deliver the best results within budget. Nothing needed to be re-done or changed, their work is gorgeous. While certainly not the cheapest, (they're a premium company), they do deliver excellence and high quality. (Unlike some who charge a fortune and deliver mediocre or poor results). Highly recommended.

Had a bad experience with this company. I booked them in for an initial consultation to renovate…read morethe facade of our house and re-do the landscaping of the front garden. Adam showed up and took some photos, but didn't seem engaging at all. Everytime I tried to discuss what could be done with the renovation, he mumbled very vague answers. He handed me 2 magazines of backyard designs and asked me if there was anything I liked. I said I liked a few of them but it was a different kind of design altogether. He refused to be drawn in on discussions regarding scope of the renovation, common themes, colours, ideas, and all he said in regards to budget was that his company did not engage in anything less than $100K. Before I knew it, he was asking me for a payment of $330 for his "consultation". I didn't have cash so he left and said he would post an invoice. Two days later, I get an email asking me to pay his invoice. A week later , I received a 1-page "proposal" which stated that he will provide a design to me for $5800, and if wanted any changes made to the design, I would have to pay him $160 hour an hour, on top of the $5800. I wrote him an email telling him that he seems to have missed a step in this whole engagement. I told him I felt that before someone hands over $5800 for a design, there needs to be a common understanding of scope, common grounds on the design and importantly an agreed budget. He wrote back and said thank you for your comments, we will take them onboard. He did not try to amend his proposal or offer a second visit to agree on basic principles. I got an email again today asking me to pay the invoice of $330 which is now overdue. I feel quite angry for having to pay $330 for someone to have come over, taken a few photos, and wasted an hour of my life refusing to engage in any conversations.
