Disgusting company. Didnt have what I wanted online but took…read morethe money anyways. When asked for a refund they just refuse to reply to calls or emails. Avoid at all costs.

I would have given them 0 stars but you need to give them one to write a review…read more My car is back here for the 5th time now, it is still oil leaking into the water, and they have no clue what is wrong. 1st visit - car taken in for over heating with a suspected busted head gasket, I had no idea why it was over heating in the first place. Charged $1850 for: * head gasket - replaced * VRS kit * head machined * replace inlet valves * timing belt kit * water pump - replaced (but not the belt that was in bad need of repair and a possible reason for the overheating in the first place) * radiator - replaced (they replaced it because they couldn't flush out all the oil - have they never heard of a radiator specialist? they can flush out a radiator for $80 - or was it just easier to charge me $600 for a new radiator) * coolant * major service (missed that belt again I guess) * tested oil cooler - test showed that it was working fine I told was that it was all fixed... I took the car to Warwick farm station that night and returned to ozzy tyres the next morning... 2nd visit - car was still overheating, Was told that the car was blowing hoses because they were old and needed to be replaced, I was told later that the hoses were blowing because they had placed the old radiator cap on the new radiator and it was over pressurising the cooling system causing the hoses to pop off, then promptly charged for a new radiator cap. charged $150 for: * replaced all cooling hoses * replaced defective radiator cap (I love that its defective now but I'm still being charged for it even though they put in the new radiator). Once more I was told that it was all fixed... I picked up the car and drove to liverpool westfields only to return to ozzy tyres 15mins later... 3rd visit - the car was still overheating, it was now idling rough, and then as I was driving back to ozzy tyres I heard a loud thud from under the bonnet (my first thought was a hose popping off). After pulling up and looking under the bonnet myself I pointed out the belt that had blown, I was told that they would replace it in 10mins for me, the mechanic showed me the belt and told me that it should have been picked up earlier, he also explained that when the belt snapped it took out the air conditioning belt (and showed me the belt) which he was also going to replace. charged $50 for: * 2 belts - replaced (for air conditioning and water pump) I was informed that this would have been the problem all along and assured that the car was fixed... A few days after this I went in to hospital for a while and was therefore unable to drive, however once I was able to drive again, after a short trip to the shops it was time to return the car yet again... 4th visit - the car was idling rough (to the point that it would stall) and when I checked the oil and water it was extremely low on oil (it took 2L to fill it) and there was once again oil in the water. This time I was told that the oil cooler (yes that very same oil cooler that was checked at the very beginning and verified that it was working just fine) was the problem and after days of searching for a replacement part they called me to ask if I knew of anywhere they could find one, I gave them some contacts but they came up empty handed and the best that they could do was get ME! to purchase an oil cooler from ebay (coming from china $157) that they could bolt on to see IF! that was the problem with no guarantee that it would make the slightest bit of difference. when I contacted ozzy tyres and let them know that I was bring someone else to diagnose the car because I didn't agree with purchasing a part that I may not need I was verbally abused and told that the manager was unavailable and that there was no one else I could talk to. Then I was contacted by the mechanic and told that the oil leak was from an oil line going to the turbo which had split and was leaking and the reason it was idling rough was because a vacuum line had come off, the little bit of oil in the radiator was just residual and wasn't a problem, an oil and coolant change in a month would make sure it was all cleaned out. This visit I was charged $50 * new oil line and vacuums line and this time they attached the conditions of sale to the receipt. when I was called and told the car was fixed I asked "are you sure its 100% fixed this time?" I was told yes its 100% perfect. When I arrived to pickup the car I checked to make sure it was ok. I turned the car on and let it idle, the car shuddered and stalled... the mechanic then GLUED on the NEW vacuum line 5th visit - a week later I checked the oil and radiator, surprise there is oil in the radiator, the oil is low, the glued vacuums line has come off and the air intake for the turbo was not even clamped to its connection (that puts the car into limp mode) At this point I want my money back so I can take the car to a real mechanic.
