Will is a true professional who has his clients' best interests in mind - always. He was communicative, acted with urgency and helped us secure our home within a 48 hour period at a price we were happy with. We would definitely recommend him to friends and family! read more

Will did a great job for us on a difficult sale. I would highly recommend him to be your realtor. He sold our house after it has been on the market for two years. He had excellent local knowledge which came in very handy. He knows everyone out in this area. And luckily they like him. Can't say enough good about him. read more

So far so good! After calling 12 apartment locators I was faced with a lot of laziness, disinterest, apathetic attitudes, and just a lot of un-professionalism in general. Email was even worse--for about every 20 or 30 emails I sent to different locators via their postings, I have received maybe two responses. Ugh! However, I am SO GLAD that I found Will because it felt like he was the only one who was interested in what I wanted/needed out of an apartment and didn't cut me off once. After telling him generally what I wanted, he told me he would have some property potentials emailed to me today. Love it! Personable and professional goes a long way with me. Needless to say this will be my locator for my move outside Steiner Ranch and into an apartment/rent home. I will update my review around the new year relevant to the rest of the process. read more

Thank goodness for Will!! When my husband and I started looking for a place to live in Austin (4 hours from where we currently live), I thought no problem, I can do this! But I quickly realized how overwhelming looking at hundreds of apartment sites online can be, and even more frustrating trying to reach them and get pricing and details. I came across 512 Apartments during one of my searches online, and am SO glad I decided to submit my information! We had 2 days in Austin to find a place (in hopes we wouldn't have to make another trip in the next month), and Will was fast, and efficient. He found out what we needed, what we wanted, and found the perfect place for us that fit into our budget, and was an excellent deal!! We got WAY more space then we expected, and much more great amenities that are all extras. AND it took less than half a day! Will was professional, and friendly, and he definitely knows his stuff. We will definitely be recommending Will to anyone we hear looking for a place to live in Austin! read more

Will's services ARE as good as it gets. I needed to move FAST. I wasted a lot of time looking for something that was even acceptable, not to mention ideal. It really didn't seem like the leasing offices preferred to deal with individuals...so I looked around the web for locator reviews and found Will. Ironically, one of the apartments I had seen advertised was posted by Will. He asked the right questions, summarized what I wanted within five minutes, and sent me several possibilities the same day. I found the perfect place at the first complex Will recommended. He gave me invaluable tips, checked up on me several times a day until I was finished with the leasing process, and even recommended movers and a washer/dryer rental place!! The process from the first call to move-in day was three days. Call Will. Let him help. You won't regret it. read more

I've worked with a few apartment locators, and they were all good, but Will stood apart from all of them. He's the only one I would now recommend from those I've worked with. My wife and I were really challenging him and many times we were even confused ourselves at exactly what we wanted in an apartment, but Will was able to pick up on our preferences and landed us the absolute best townhome apartment we could ever hope for. It was the right price, size, style, everything was spot on and more. His intuition and energy are unmatched. My wife and I are just dying of impatience as we wait for our move in date to arrive! Thanks Will!! read more

I've lived all over the US (14 places and counting) and have found all of my previous apartments via Craigslist or through sheer willpower. But this move (to Austin) was a little different. I wasn't sure if I was actually going to move & was completely unfamiliar with the area, prices, etc. Nor did I have the luxury of time to peruse Craigslist, email people, wait for them to *maybe* get back to me, run all over town looking at rando apts., see if prospective landlord(s) were cool with a weird move-in date, etc. Long story short I came across 512 Apartments and the great reviews it had already garnered and thought, what the heck, try them out. The reviews are legit. Will is AWESOME! I hate caps lock as much as the next person, but he's the real deal. He's been great to deal with from the start- asked leading questions, sent me selections based on what I answered- which were easy to navigate and peruse, replying back quickly, even when I sent him a laundry list of questions, etc. He's not at all trying to throw you into a place so he gets his money- his services to you are free! The apartment complexes compensate him for his time. He genuinely wants you to find your next "home." If you're still skeptical here are a few more reasons to use Will- 1) I had a flat tire right before I was going to look at the apartments I'd chosen and he graciously called ahead to the complexes, let them know that I was running late. 2) Once I looked at the places I decided, based on my job site, I'd prefer to live in another part of town than where I'd initially thought. Will to the rescue with a fresh crop of selections! 3) Time, again, is not a luxury that I have and I wasn't able to fly out again to look at the 2nd round of selections. But with my full trust in Will & his judgment I've picked a complex that I'm moving into sight unseen (and also thanks to other Yelp reviews) completely confident that this is the right spot. Like I said above, I've never used an apartment locator service before, but if you're new to Austin, or pressed for time, I highly, highly recommend you save yourself a lot of hassle and utilize Will Garrison & 512 Apartments! read more

Will Garrison was amazing! I had about a weeks notice before I had to move to Austin and I got in touch with Will who was more than willing to find me a place in the short amount of time. He got back to me via e-mail the same day I contacted him and the next day he got on the phone and called me to get all the information he needed to start the apartment hunt. I told him all the qualifications I wanted for the new apartment, and within minutes of me telling him, he sent me a long list of potential places. He talked me through each apartment that fit my criteria and generated a new list going off my opinions. When I arrived to Austin, he had already called on the apartments he thought would be the best fit for me and boy was he spot on! He traveled with me all day going from place to place and I really loved all of them. He looked for the great deals, and found me the most amazing apartment I don't know what I would have done without him and his help! I would highly recommend him, he really cared about finding the perfect place for me, and he stopped at nothing until I found it! If you want a fast, painless, and fun apartment locating experience-call Will! read more

Will was such an asset in helping me find the PERFECT apartment. I have lived in the Austin area for 10 years and have lived in about just as many places. I went through a major life event and as a result had to find a new home and FAST. Will was so helpful and patient with me. I had quite the list of "deal breakers" and have champagne tastes on a house wine budget. I feel that words cannot express how much I appreciate Wills help. He helped me make the most stressful time in my life as quick and easy for me as he could. Thanks, Will! read more

Will was so helpful in finding an apartment in Austin when me and my boyfriend moved from PA. We could of never done it on our own and Will really helped with our specific requests and was always available when we needed him. He will be our Realtor for as long as we stay in Austin. read more

Will G. was a joy to work with. I gave him very specific parameters regarding location, age of property, and price per square foot. He must have called every location in town, narrowed it down to his three top picks and we were able to make a decision in one afternoon. Today is moving day and I couldn't be more excited that he found me the perfect new apartment that I now call home! read more

When I started looking at apartments in Austin I was extremely overwhelmed! I wasted many weekends driving around town and calling different complexes to get pricing and specials, but ended up empty handed and still no place to live. A friend of mine recommended that I get in contact with Will, and I am extremely glad I did! Will sat down with me and found out exactly what I was looking for . . . location, price, square footage, amenities, you name it! He was extremely thorough and got me the best deal out there! He even got the deposit and application fees waved. I'm now in a great apartment, and couldn't be happier with the services Will provided! read more

William was a champ! He was extremely great helping me and my fiance find an apartment in our budget that had all the amenities we wanted. His professionalism and commitment to making sure we were satisfied was second to none! He set aside an entire afternoon just to go with us to various apartment complexes and help us with our selection. He always had good advice to offer, and didn't push us to step outside our price range. In the end, we found an apartment that was simply phenomenal, and we couldn't have been more pleased. If it wasn't for Will, we'd probably be stuck in a bad apartment paying more for less. I'll be using him for all future rental needs, and I've recommended him to multiple friends and family. If he ever goes into home real-estate, he'll be my go-to man then! *Even after he helped us get our apartment, he's made himself completely available for answering any questions or addressing any concerns I've had. I've never been treated so well! read more

I have known Donna Garrison since the early 1990's when my family began renting condos on Lake Travis from her. Since that time Donna has helped my family purchase and subsequently sell two condos at Whitecliff. She has been a delight to know and work with for some twenty plus years. During that time there had not been one single issue or challenge which she has not favorably resolved. She always had our best interest at heart. Knowledgeable, professional, diligent, hardworking and totally honest are just a few of the words I would use to describe Donna. I am in the banking business and as such have the opportunity to work with numerous realtors on a regular basis. I can tell you that Donna is "hands down" the best realtor I have ever known and worked with. It is my pleasure to recommend Donna Garrison without reservation! read more

If you need a professional expert in finding you the perfect place to live, look no further than Will Garrison and 512 Apartments. He is hands-down the best apartment locator out there and it gets no better. I was offered a job in Austin and recently moved from Scranton, Pennsylvania. I drove down here without a clue as to where I would live or how to find an apartment. I learned of "apartment locators," and decided to look up a few. Before coming across Will, I briefly dealt with another "locator." He wasn't necessarily the greatest help; while he did find me some places that were decently priced and 'okay', none of them felt like a home, and many had bad reviews online. Also, neither of them were close enough to where my job would be. I received a phone call from Will Garrison, who offered to help me find the perfect new "home" in Austin that would suit my needs. He asked me to at least give him the courtesy of swinging by his office and allowing him to find the best possible place where I could live in Austin. He was extremely cordial, down-to-earth, and understanding on the phone, so I figured why not at least give him a chance? AND AM I GLAD I DID! When I first met Will, he approached me with an authentic smile and all the greatness of what I would describe as nothing other than true "southern hospitality." A Texas native, he approached me with a big smile and handshake, inviting me to briefly sit down while he worked diligently in finding a "home" for me. During this meeting, what also struck me is that will is a Marine! My grandfather is a Marine; I am aware of how they can lead, take charge of a task, and find the best solution, and quick. And sure enough, the FIRST place that he recommended is now my new home from which I type this review. I can honestly stay that this guy went completely "over the top" for me in finding me a hidden gem apartment complex in the northwestern part of Austin -- the FOUR POINTS area of town (2222 & 620). He exceeded all of my expectations. The place I ended up in is a well-managed apartment community that is a NEWER complex with excellent energy efficiency, good neighbors, lots of trees & beauty, in more of a nature setting. The price was perfect and it just felt right. Will didn't just find the perfect apartment for me, but he also goes above and beyond. He became my first friend in Austin, and I can honestly say he is one of the best human beings I have ever met -- a wonderful person who truly cares. After having already moved into the apartment, he consistently keeps in touch with me several times a week.. And it doesn't end there.. Let me point out some outstanding examples of this person's EXEMPLARY duties.. 1.) When I bought my new mattress, Will and his girlfriend picked it up in his truck and took it to my apartment. And not only did he deliver it out of the kindness of his heart, but he helped me carry the mattress and frame up the stairs, then put the bed frame together for me! 2.) To help me settle in and make my place feel like a true home, Will gave me a bunch of things for my apartment, including candles, a coffee maker, some artwork (paintings and woven basket), kitchen utensils, and some other things. 3.) Several weeks after having already moved in, he called to check in with me and see how things were going. I told him I was feeling more at home and that I finally bought a kitchen table. Well, when he heard that, he immediately offered to pick that up for me as well--free of charge! I wasn't able to give him cash before-hand, so he actually paid for it out of his own pocket before I could reimburse him, loaded it into his truck, and brought it to my apartment! Oh yeah, and there was a brief 5-minute delay in his arrival because he was "on the phone with his Mom." A kind-hearted Marine who holds his Mom in the highest regard and talks to her every day; that's another great quality. 4.) There was a time I locked my keys in my car at a work site, and, you guessed it--Will went to my apartment complex, picked them up, and drove out of his way to get them to me so that I could get in my car. I'm sure some people may think I am making this up, but I COULDN'T. Will is just a downright wonderful individual. I know it may seem beyond comprehension that there is somebody out there who is just that authentically helpful and willing to help a stranger to town, but it is all true.. Everybody should be so fortunate to have an apartment locator / realtor like Will. This man should be cloned. He is a well-mannered individual with a heart as big as TX itself. You may find a good apartment locator who is good at their "job," but I highly doubt you will find someone as cordial and honest as Mr. Garrison. He is just downright a GOOD, HONEST, and SINCERE individual. Thanks to this remarkable person, I'm forever grateful for the seamless transition to this great town and won't ever forget it. Moving, by far, is one of the biggest stressers in life. My brother and his wife were looking to relocate here to Austin from Chicago, and Will was clutch in making the process as seamless and painless as possible for them. My first and only apartment locating service was with 512 Apartments and never will I seek any other locator's help. Will Garrison sent me a link of apartments within my budget the same night that I got a hold of him. The next day met with me to view my favorite one. Long story short, I moved in the following weekend. Will is extremely knowledgeable and bends over backwards to make the experience effortless. I was referred to Will through a realtor friend. He called right away to see what my needs were and sent me a list of apartments just a few hours later. He ended up finding me a great deal, so great that he needed to jump on it right away. He met me in the parking lot in his gym clothes - ha! He was knowledgeable and showed me around while we were waiting to speak with a leasing agent. The whole process was quick and painless. I'd definitely go back if I needed a different apartment around Austin, but I'm planning on staying at my current apartment awhile. read more
