We go back to ask where the doors are and are told that they are now double the price. So they were never ordered in the first place and we waited for nothing. This is not the first time this has happened, just first time they doubled the price of the doors we already paid for. The extended wait is normal, even without covid delays. I do not recommend going here.

Even though he didn't expect me to buy anything, Lyn STILL took a bunch of time to talk to me about my project. Between the person who was supposed to be redoing my deck and 4 other lumber places I called, he was the ONLY one who helped me realize I was trying to order the wrong product because I didn't realize how wood sizing worked. I would have special ordered the wrong kind of wood from a different place without Lyn! He was very patient, thorough, knowledgable, and truly a lifesaver, and all with knowing up front that I wasn't even going to be a customer! I can't thank Lyn enough, and I will absolutely try to order from them with future projects.

In the beginning we were very impressed with Tony Jacobs at Jacobs & Son. His crew built our new…read morepatio in record time and we were very happy with the result. We were also very naive. We did not realize that all that white residue on our beautiful Arizona Buckskin Flagstone would require extensive work to remove. Tony promised to have someone come and acid wash our new patio after it had "cured" for a month. There was to be no additional charge, it was included in the quoted price. The one month turned into two months as Tony repeatedly scheduled the work with each date resulting in a " no show" and not even one phone call did he ever make to reschedule the work.. At the end of the second month, one man and woman showed up and worked for 45 minutes on our patio. They left without a word leaving the patio only minimally better than when they came. We are left with preparing the patio for a seal coat. We thought we were getting a turnkey job. Wrong! If you hire Tony Jacobs, make sure the job is completely finished before you give him him final money, otherwise you will be out of luck. Neither he nor his office staff EVER return phone calls, When you are told they will find out and call you back, that simply means they are ending the call. He lost our business, we will find someone else for future work.
