They were more concerned about making sure that my aunt was laid to rest the way she wanted and also made sure to keep me in the loop about the whole process, step-by-step. Honestly, the price may have been a little more than I expected but given the service, the quality of humans working at the funeral, worth every penny. I have been to funeral homes that dont even give condolences and the first words out of their mouth is " did your relative have insurance?". Tierney Funeral Home is NOT this type of business. They really care about those that have lost loved ones and go the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of. The money part, is secondary to the loss. THANK GOODNESS for them! My mind couldn't even process the death much less the payment for closing out a life I didn't expect to lose for many many years to come. Thank you Heather! Thank you Zach! You both made this horrible event a little brighter because of your compassion, understanding, thoughtfulness, and kindness. Putting my pain first before anything else really made me feel better in the moment. I appreciate you all at Tierney and will always recommend your funeral home to those I love and trust.
