You can see cuticles weren't taken care of and the tips are not even filled...let alone the quality of the polish which is shrinking already! I also stayed with my feet soaking in cold water for 25 minutes. The gel mani looks good for now (although tips are lighter as well..). The manicure itself was disappointing from cuticles perspective as well. I was in the area and found this place on Yelp and could not be happier. Absolutely incredible. I got a Brazilian (Malliot Integral in France), my eyebrows, and upper lip. It was the best Brazilian I've ever had (many done in the US and even a few times in Brazil); the woman who did my Brazilian was extremely meticulous and got everything! The staff were also extremely friendly and patient (the woman who did my Brazilian would wait a little when I made a face expressing it hurt [i always grimace when getting a Brazilian])!
