Nick's technique was excellent--he really knows how to work out tension, and it's clear he has top-notch training (he went to massage school in New York, which has some of the strictest requirements). The massage bed was super comfortable, and the entire environment was very relaxing. On top of that, Nick was a fun conversationalist. Since this was my first time in the area, he gave me plenty of great recommendations for Portland and other cities I'll be visiting. It was like getting a mini travel guide along with a great massage! If you're looking for a high-quality massage and some local tips, I highly recommend Southern Maine Massage and Wellness. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in town!

I overheard some hair stylist conversation and I didn't get her name but she seemed to know what she was doing!
