When we went to Florida for a week and a half, I accidentally packed too little food. Jill called and said that she could have their food and it would be added to our bill which was no problem. Toaster has digestive issues when new types of food is introduced but it usually only last for a couple days so I was okay with her having different food. Jill then calls me and tells me she remembered her issue and offers to go out and buy a bag of her normal food. Wow! I was amazing at how willing she was to make sure that my pup felt comfortable and happy with her and the team. She definitely goes out of her way to make all of the pups and owners feel safe and special. Recently, we bought a daycare package with them and Toaster has been opening up so much, she's a shy gal. The ladies absolutely love her and she feels so safe and comfortable with them. They've been so accommodating of her timidness and even gave her one on one time for the first few days before putting her in with the group. We absolutely love HAFH and the team that works there! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe and engaging environment for their doggies.

We get there and this nice young college girl helps us and I tell her all of Ghost's info, yada yada, which included the fact that we free feed. Come Sunday on my way back from our vacation. I was about 20 mins late due to Fargo rush hour traffic and construction. I had already agreed to an extra 25$ charge for picking my dog up at a non normal hour when they aren't usually open. I had to be at work in an hour and really couldn't come pick him up later when they were open. So fine, whatever, I'll pay it. I get there and the same girl is there. She tells me that Ghosts stuff is over by the door and that he already had his morning cup of food which most people would assume that means two cups per day. We free feed him and he eats approximately 5 cups of food a day. My boyfriend gave him a bath while I was at work because he stank and he asks me if I saw ghosts elbows. I had not. He sends me these pictures. It's two weeks past now and they're finally healed up and scarring (there goes my $2000 show dog). UPDATE: three months later and his fur is still stained, I still haven't gotten an apology or a refund, and the owner threatened to sue me for my reviews. We still don't agree what the injuries are from. He has used foul language and has been downright rude. And Ghost was SIX MONTHS OLD when this occurred, not TWO YEARS. Shame on Duane Luther for refusing to take the high road and make amends. Had he handled this differently I probably wouldn't have even bothered writing a single (FACTUAL) review. It's called libel, not slander, and is defined as defamation of someone character. Defamation of character is defined as untrue statements about a person that cause harm. All of this information is completely factual and I will not take it down. Owners have a right to know what they're getting themselves into.

They are good about separating the small dogs from the large dogs as well, every time I have picked up Mimi she has always been in good spirits and in good health. They are very reasonable as well, the longest I have had to board her is for 10 days and it came up to about $175 which included two walks a day and a bath and brush before I picked her up.
