There are a host of reasons why I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone, especially…read moreforeigners visiting the city of Toulouse. First, the manager was very rude, unfriendly, and with, sort of, a negative energy. Second, the waiter exhibited hostility, especially when I called him on it. Fairly good English too which is a help because although my French is okay, I don't have a huge vocab when it comes to the many different types of fish served here. The servers were attentive but not imposing. Food: Started with oysters which I thoroughly enjoyed. My only slight complaint is that they lacked a particularly interesting choice of accompaniments. You can choose a la carte or a prix fixe which is what we had. I had the sea bass with "dog" sauce which was beautifully cooked. I can't remember the choice my friend had but his thick cut fillets and sauce were equally delectable. Nice, imaginative deserts which finished off the night just right. Cost: A little more than you'll be paying elsewhere but worth the extra. Loved it.

For eu 21 each we had a great 3 course meal, all freshly home made with a lovely dessert also home made in the restaurant. Our waitress could not have been better even though we could not speak each others language we made do. A very nice belgium woman sitting next to us told us she bought a flat in Toulouse because she loves the city so much and there are so many good restaurants. So we have to go back!
