SPORT Clinic Physical Therapy is a very professional office and the therapy staff is intelligent…read moreand expertly trained in manual skills. The facility is very accommodating with available parking near the front entrance, always clean, nice overhead lighting and good equipment. Erin Woody listens and understands my concerns to isolate the problem (back pain, knee weakness or ankle tightness) and gets to the heart of the issue and treats accordingly while looking at my symptoms relating to my whole body. She does not have a pre-determined routine as each person is treated individually and structured program to their needs. She has great interaction with her patients and other staff. I would highly recommend her and this facility.

He listens to his patients, doesn't rush, and is very knowledgeable about how to improve movements at home by showing different techniques to loosen up hips & such. Super nice, warm personality, extremely professional, highly skilled dry needler. I had a horrible injury a year ago and been to other dry needlers, massage therapists, etc.. He's the best!! Trust me! I was an absolute train wreck when I first met him.. Piriformois syndrome, si joint, hamstrings, Charlie horses in my calves.. I had it all. Even sleeping was painfully unbearable for me. I'm forever grateful for Peter & he's absolutely amazing. I'm glad I got referred to him from my massage therapist.

I came here having been to a chiropractor decades ago (in my youth) and not having had the best…read moreexperience with that chiropractor. I was desperate for some relief with some postpartum issues. I consulted with another chiropractor nearby, but when I realized the cost difference to go through insurance, I came here. Dr. Kenzie has totally changed my perception and experience of chiropractors. In a short amount of time she has significantly helped me with movement and pain management related to postpartum healing. Here's what I really enjoy: 1. She pairs adjustments with exercises that make a difference. So, yes, there is work on your end to feel better - but it seriously makes a difference. 2. She takes it appointment by appointment, rather than another place less than a mile a way that wanted to sell me 3x/week for 12 weeks and re-exams every so many visits. Instead, I have seen change going every 1-3 weeks, but can make appointments sooner if I feel the need. Her adjustments are holding well for me and the exercises are really helping. 3. She bills insurance, so the cost out of pocket (or HSA) is significantly lower. 4. Dr. Kenzie is super friendly, caring, gentle and supportive. Her staff is friendly, too. 5. She doesn't waste time. My first adjustment was same day as exam and didn't cost anything more (another place charged me $170 for exam, made me come two days before adjusting me on second visit for another fee). 6. Waiting room is comfortable.

I have never visited a chiropractor before and was always a bit of a skeptic regarding chiropractic…read moremedicine. I was referred to this office by a friend. I was having lower back pain for a few weeks and physical therapy wasn't helping, so I figured I would try this just to see. I saw Dr. Kenzie. I felt immediate relief during the first visit. I just had my third visit and my back feels immensely better -- close to pain free. I was also having neck pain and she was able to treat that without doing an adjustment (I felt nervous about that). Dr. Kenzie is very patient and really listens to what you are saying, and she tells you everything she is doing before she does it. They have a very health-focused, general approach to chiropractic medicine. It's not just an adjustment. They give you exercises and useful tips for how to improve on your own. I highly recommend them!

I would give five stars to all of the PT's and OT's at ATI. They are friendly, knowledgeable and…read morekind. However, the administration side of ATI is very bad to the point of unethical. I recently received several bills for over $230 for one session. When I spoke with them they kept insisting the bill was correct. I asked them to send me the documentation they submitted to my insurance and that's when things changed! Now the bill was incorrect and they would submit to insurance. The bill went from $234 to $60 which was my co-pay. It felt super shady.

My first appointment was spent with a detailed assessment of my reason for being there, as well as how my injury impacts my quality of life. Dan was very thorough and plain spoken when he provided feedback regarding the impacts of my injury and treatment on my recovery, and his recommended approach. The expectations were set up front and realistic, and I never felt reluctant to communicate progress and setbacks, receiving honest feedback in return. Importantly, I always felt like I was a priority at ATI, and they were very flexible and helpful with my hectic summer schedule. If I arrived early, which I often did by about 10 minutes, I was directed to warm-ups so I could be productive while waiting for my appointment to start. The atmosphere was welcoming, and I always felt like my time spent at my appointments was efficient and goal-oriented. Both Dan and Lindsey were great and super on top of adjusting my home exercises to accommodate changes as my PT progressed. I love the app!! Although I always felt free to call in w/ questions, the app made it easy to check Dan & Lindsey's notes and make sure that my technique was correct with the videos that accompanied each exercise. Dan and Lindsey also gave me guidance on how to interpret unfamiliar responses to stretching and exercises that I strongly feel helped me to move forward with my recovery faster. I'm convinced that the compassionate and informed care I received at ATI put me on a faster and healthier road to recovery than if I'd gone elsewhere.
