He did not make me feel comfortable. He did not answer texts. On the first day that the roofing job was to be done the weather was not ideal for being on the roof. The representative did not let me know that the job was not going to be done until 5 that evening. I did not appreciate that. Finally, on the day the work got done, I believe it was done efficiently and well. I am happy with the new roof.
