    I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I absolutely hated the flowers that were delivered for…read moremy wedding. I reached out to the florist because I wanted to confirm my expectations as my mom was the one who originally contacted the shop. I asked for my flowers to match the bouquets. I sent pictures of the bouquets to the florist and just asked it to be slightly less moody. She said she would send me a list of flowers and she never did. I specifically communicated that I did not like the orangey photo my mom shared. Yet that was basically the only flower used in the bouquets provided. The florist used no blue at all which was the main color in my bouquet. I was in tears with fury when they were delivered and the florist did not respond to my messages to fix them prior to the start of the ceremony. They didnt match any decore or any of the fake bouquets that were being used all over the reception hall. I had the ugly flowers removed but then there was essentially just greenery left and looked empty.

    So it won't let me reply to the bad review so I am making my own. Unfortunately none of that is…read moretrue. I have attached the picture because I took a lot of pictures because I loved this casket piece. This was done almost a year ago and she is now writing a bad review because she didn't win the credit card dispute because you can clearly see there are not dead flowers. I have proof of when everything was purchased and bought just days before the service. I do have great customer service and I really wanted to do something for her I offered several different options because I did want to make the customer happy. but all she wanted was a full refund and I just couldn't agree to that because tropical flowers are very expensive and again they were all fresh. So unfortunately there are people in this world that want something for nothing and try to hurt people along the way. But I know the quality of my work and I try very hard to please people. This was one sided because she stated she wanted it the biggest I have ever made which means tall. It was so big the funeral director even made the comment WOW that barely fits under the tent. Again I try very, very hard to make everyone happy but sometimes that is impossible when people want something for nothing.

The casket piece purchased for my grandmother's service was at least twice the size of what I received for my mother's service. I sent the pictures of my grandmother's flowers to The Gallery so that Kim could see what I was wanting. Kim informed me she was the new owner but she could do what I was asking for. Price was not an issue for me, I told her I wanted a piece that would amaze everyone. I was so disappointed in the flowers for my mother that I didn't even take pictures of the entire pieces like I had at my grandmother's service (which were the flowers I was trying to recreate). The only pictures I took were the close ups to send to Kim as proof they were dead. It was a one-sided casket piece! I've never heard of anyone making a one-sided casket piece (that was even falling apart at the service), she never told me it would be one-sided and I certainly didn't order or want just a one-sided casket piece!!! When I called to complain, Kim stated it wasn't her fault, it was that some of the flowers she had ordered came in dry (already dying). She even admitted she had to paint them! Why use those flowers? Why not call me and tell me the problem? I told her we could have used different types of flowers. Who would want dying flowers for their mother's service!? I do not recommend this florist!
