I can't rave enough POSITIVITY about this hidden gem! Tucked away in Mineral Wells holds a true gem…read moreof Southern Hospitality and beautiful repurposed items passed down and sold. As soon as you enter the door you're greeted by the staff, and the beautiful collection they have. As you browse you'll probably meet my favorite part of my Garrett's visit besides the collection and staff is AD. AD is the sweetest senior gentleman that is the sweet spot of the store. He always remembers a face and will probably ask if you if you'd like A Dr. Pepper from the downstairs, A COLD ONE !! You'll browse around and find a couple items and if you're feeling lucky he might even flip a coin with you on an item! Such a nice man and I've even received a stuffed animal to take home with my findings (it still sits in my car till this day) just and coming back for my visit. He is the embodiment of a PawPaw I never knew I needed. Truly such an amazing experience I wish I was able to visit more! Please PLEASE please!!! Go CHECK THEM OUT!! ALSO LADIES!! (They have an amazing jewelry collection, like absolutely anything and everything so if your looking for that cute next like necklace or trying to show that man that vintage southern ring you've been searching for... this might be for you!!!) From one thrift adventurer to another, don't pass this up!!

I saw one employee patiently answering kids questions about items while their parents shopped. He also helped me in finding the tools section, which is downstairs in the basement of the building'. They had an amazing selection. They also had sale items for the bargain hunters. It's the kind of place I could literally spend hours in and enjoy every minute!

Very knowledgeable and passionate owner, some pretty creepy stuff in there…read more A must see if you're a military buff, downtown Weatherford is worth the stroll and definitely take time popping in this store.

My 12-year-old daughter and I went to the store today for the first time to look around. The owner…read moregreeted us and was very personable. Almost immediately I found something that I thought my husband would love and the owner and I started talking about the taxidermy chickens, and then chickens in general. We were having a very pleasant conversation about his store and the things that he collects when my daughter commented on some of the military memorabilia that he had. She thought it was neat that he had so many different things. He then started to talk about the military and his involvement in that in the past. The conversation, without my input at all, quickly went from talking about a store to talking about Trump and all of the things he is doing to ruin the country. I let him go on for several moments then realized that this was not a conversation I wanted to be a part of nor did I want to have in front of my daughter. As he continued to speak, he got louder and louder and I didn't care for his tone any longer . We were only there to look around and potentially buy some things. I started to walk back to the place where I had picked up an item to purchase to put it back and told him that you can support someone but not like everything they do or support everything they do. As I was walking back to put the item back in its place, he yelled at my daughter and I to get out of the store and he was exercising his first amendment right to speech. I told him that was perfectly fine and I was exercising my right to not purchasing anything from him. I didn't have any sort of agenda other than looking around a store. My daughter was upset about how he behaved so then I had to explain to her that not everybody shares the same viewpoint and there's appropriate ways to have that conversation. Sometimes it's just best to walk away because we certainly have nothing to prove. I understand this is his store and he can do whatever he wants, but the conversation was not at all provoked by me and very quickly, he turned our shopping experience into something political, which is not what we were looking for. I am only making a review to let people know that if they want to go and have an enjoyable shopping experience, it will probably not be at this particular store. The owner appears to be very politically driven and that's completely fine, but that may not be the type of atmosphere for everyone.
