I've now done three separate shoots with Dan and Love Your Body Boudoir. I cannot recommend him…read moreenough. Dan is very relaxed and easy going; I've never felt self-conscious taking photos with him either in lingerie or naked. Before each shoot we've had a conversation about what the goal of the shoot is, some images that we've found for inspiration, and how we want to start. Throughout each shoot Dan has showed me images recently taken.I am always in awe of how his eye has perfectly captured the mood of the pose, my confidence, and how his lighting puts my body in the best possible positions. I love every edit he's sent me. Being able to look back at these various shoots has definitely increased my confidence as I continue to finesse my body towards a goal. His studio is spacious, warm, and clean. He has props (such as a bed and a changing screen), and is always willing to take a break if you need one. I've brought a portable speaker with me before and played my own music to set the mood. If you go to his website you will see women of various ethnicity and sizes. Dan is able to make every woman's personality and sexuality come through in his images. I highly recommend you treat yourself and book with Dan.

I purchased a Groupon and scheduled to have a session done with Kim. I was incredibly excited after…read morelooking at her work. The first session was cancelled due to her being sick & her kids's school being cancelled due to weather. I completely understand that this is out of her control. I rescheduled for the following week & had to change my work schedule because of it. I received a text the morning of my session canceling it due to overcast weather. I understand she strictly works with natural lighting and the weather can absolutely impact that. However, I've had several photo sessions done with other photographers in overcast weather and had fabulous results. Most other poor reviews I have read have been related to cancellations with clients who have purchased Groupons. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This is the experience I had with Dirty Girl Boudoir/ Kimberly Meadows. I booked over a month ago…read moreand gave my credit card information because she has it plastered all over her site that if you cancel on her within 5 DAYS she charges a $75 fee. Fair enough. I'm a person of integrity and I keep my appointments and respect other people's time...but I expect the same. I arranged to take a day off work for my appointment Friday morning , I had my hair done, my nails done, I even avoided any salty or sweet food at my company pot luck 2 days prior. I took my appointment seriously. I wanted quality photos and I wanted to make an investment in them. My appointment was scheduled for Friday morning and Thursday afternoon I received an email, not a phone call like a professional but an email stating she just realized her son didn't have school the next day and would try to find a sitter and keep me posted. Hours later I still had not heard from her and had not received a response to the voicemail I left. It was now the night before my morning appointment and I needed to know what was going on so I called again. When I spoke to her she didn't sound very apologetic and didn't even sound like she had been trying to find a solution but basically told me she didn't think she'd have a sitter during my appointment. Okay...was she planning to contact me and tell me for sure my appointment was cancelled??? Her email stated she'd keep me updated. She offered to reschedule for 3 weeks away....so I'd have to arrange another PTO day at work, get my nails done again, etc....this woman is very flakey and disorganized. I would understand an emergency on her end but her excuse was one that could have been avoided if she was organized with her child's school schedule. I wonder if she'd have waived the $75 cancelation fee she charges if someone used that same excuse the day before. I'm guessing not. So she's a hypocrite on top of it all. Do yourself a favor and schedule with another boudoir photographer and save yourself the anxiety of having to wonder if your appointment will actually take place

I was hesitant when I won my bridal show package to redeem it. Turns out they sent it out to…read moremultiple people who attended the show, but it's a pretty decent deal, so I don't mind that. I made an appointment for my photoshoot, and there was a $50 deposit, but it goes toward any pictures you want to buy if you decide to make any purchases! My photographer, Amanda, was WONDERFUL! She made me feel so pretty and confident! I left the session feeling great. I knew going into this that the prices were pretty high. I think knowing that it was going to be expensive from the get go helped because if I hadn't known, I would've been shocked. But professional photography is pretty expensive all around so...I think for the discount I got, and the great experience I had, it was worth it! I think bring more transparent about the pricing on the website would help people decide if this is a company they want to work with or not. It is kind of hard to tell from their website approximately how much you will spend; I had to dig around for some reviews to get an idea beforehand. All in all tho, I had a great experience at the photoshoot AND while viewing/selecting my photos. They offer payment plans to help you break down your cost into more manageable chunks. The consultant helping me pick my photos was also super nice and helped me pick a payment plan/products that worked best for me. I would recommend this company if you're looking for a luxury experience and are looking to invest in photos for a special someone.

This place is a rip off. I "won" a free boudoir photo shoot through Bridalrama in September 2020…read more Turns out everyone who entered won that day...but did we really win? When I went online and scheduled a day/time, there was only one available spot and I figured I had to make it work. The company called me and I had to put down $50 to hold that spot and they explained to me about a boudoir shoot and what was expected as far as outfits and makeup/hair. I was fine with all of that and yes they did then explain to me that I would receive 2 free prints with my "free photo shoot" but after the photo shoot I would have a photo viewing session when they would then go over purchasing other photos with me. So yes I was at this point understanding that I would have to make a purchase if I wanted the other photos. The day comes and I am so excited. I do my hair and makeup and I've purchased new lingerie. I work really hard to get my fiance out of the house so I have my space to get ready and pack up to leave. I really enjoyed my photo session. My photographer was amazing and made me feel very comfortable. However, when I asked her about prices and what to expect, she couldn't answer anything except when I have my photo viewing session, they will go over all of that. They had totally left her in the dark as well. So at this point, I am completely unknowledgeable to prices or that I'm about to get metaphorically raped. When the day comes to have my viewing session, they don't even allow for you to click through your own photos at your own leisure! I had to talk to someone on the phone while they do a screen mirroring and you basically have to beg to go back and see pics or zoom in or anything. Without them fully explaining prices, they only tell you what you will save with your "free photo shoot", they get pushy and make you get excited and then you go through the hassle of narrowing down your photos, just for them to tell you it will be over $2,000! This was for like 32 pictures!!! So then you make it clear that you can't afford that and the sales person gets short and "tries to help you" but in reality they are just trying to make you see how you are "saving" money. Finally I ask about digital prints and of course NOW they want to say that is an option, except really they don't save you any money. By the time everything was said and done, I verbalized that I was happy with basic editing and the higher editing on 1 or 2 other photos I had chosen. So I chose my 2 free prints and then 32 digital copies. Almost $2,500 and I had to divide it up over 4-5 bi weekly payments because who has that sort of money to just throw away on photos? When I was discussing an album it was going to cost me that much so in the end I still got scammed and they are sly AF! If it wasn't for the fact that I had put in so much time and energy to look my best for the photo shoot for my fiance, I would had told them to take their pics and shove them where the sun don't shine. This place is a rip off. You can go to so many other photographers and get BETTER photos, more creative, and they would include hair and makeup! I tell everyone to stay away from this place because of course "winning" a "free photo shoot worth $865"(or whatever) sounds good but they fail to mention that they will put you in debt! This place needs to check themselves. No photos are worth that much
