I have an internal defibrillator and can't have a magnet that close to the device. I was told that Western Cycle did in fact have the older version and to contact them. They generously offered to ship one to me in Ontario despite this being something that they don't normally do. I spoke with them on Friday afternoon and my helmet arrived Monday afternoon. Wow these guys really went above and beyond in customer service :) Excellent!! Can't give this store enough praise. Thank-you so much!!

Great service at Silverscreen Regina location! A mistake was made on the spelling of my daughters…read morelast name but it wasn't the mistake of there's. When the student order form got sent to Silverscreen the students placing the order spelled her name wrong! It wasn't picked up on before it was sent to print. However, Silverscreen fixed the shirt at no extra cost to us even though it wasn't their fault! Fantastic customer service is hard to find these days but it was so appreciated today!
