I left crying, feeling as if my concerns were not addressed satisfactorily. The doctor that I saw was condescending and dismissive. I have never been treated by a medical professional in such a manner. Sadly, this experience has made me very apprehensive about seeing any of the other doctors in the practice. I ended up making a complaint, and I will say, the regional manager did get back to me and investigated it. He called me directly to profusely apologize for his staff's behavior and said he'd handle it in more ways than one. I believe he did because when I went back, they were uncharacteristically nice to me and overly complimentary like they'd been reprimanded. That said, I don't feel comfortable going back to this particular location. Dr. Chowdhury in Old Bridge suggested I switch to the Iselin location because it's closer to me, but I'll be returning to him even if it's a bit of a trek. The staff there are much kinder.

Therefore, when I arrived, I was taken within a few minutes instead of having to sit there for 20 minutes filling it out. I would definitely recommend this office.
