First one acted like they didn't really want my business and said it would be a month or two out. 2nd shop I called, full force wanted my business and wanted my car. I got my car back right after a month and it looks brand new. Full force got my car back fully repaired within the same week I had to turn in the car rental my insurance agency helped me get. I couldn't even finish what I was saying to him and he said it again... A little more aggressive this time: "You don't ever come into my body shop again! That goes upfront!" I was gonna grab it, but honestly his attitude was a complete reach from the start. So I said, I'm gonna just leave it here sir. Thank you have a nice day. This man yelled behind me, "So you're just gonna leave it here after I told you not to leave my shop?" "Yes. Have a great rest of your day." I responded. He then said y'all are a bunch of GD idiots. I responded back, oh yeah? He yelled back "Yeah! F*ck you dumb N*GG*R!" I called my boss and apparently, I'm not the only person he's done this to. In fact, the reason I was delivering his stuff is because he did the same thing to another female driver and she felt afraid to go back. This happened before 11am. Not only will this man never get another delivery from this company, he was recorded on camera being violent to me and the proper authorities have been notified. I had booked online for an interior detail, they were in contact to ask if there was pet hair in the vehicle and notified me that it would be $23-$35 extra. It ended up being $75 extra. If this extreme jump in price had been communicated I probably would not have chosen this detailer. But again, he did do a great job. After he left the car was dead because the batter had drained during his time detailing it. I had called him to see if he could give the car a jump and he said he couldn't and refused to take responsibility for draining the battery (how else was it dead after 90 minutes of detailing with the doors open?). Now, a day later, the car has to be towed by AAA to get it to start again. Great work, bad business.
