I have interacted closely with Audience Unlimited since 2011 as a group leader needing tickets a lot for shows. To start off, Lynda L., the Department Group Marketing and Events Manager, is the hardest working, most accountable and reliable person I have ever interacted with in any customer/business interaction. Her team holds the bar high as well. She is a touch of class who's turn around time is unprecedented and I really hope the CEO and all the C-levels recognize how hard it is to find an employee with her work ethics. As a child I always wanted to go to a sitcom taping and envisioned on how fun it would be. Now that I've gone I'd say I think it's great if you really love the particular show you attend a taping for but keep in mind that it's very time consuming and not probable to attend if you work normal office hours unless you can leave work early. I think it's best for tourists who have all day and no time constraints. Audiences Unlimited has the best selection of shows to watch, mostly if not all, sitcoms. Currently I think they do over 20 shows which is much more than any audience company in LA. Tickets go out approximately a month before the show tapes and are easy to sign up for (unless you want to see the Big Bang Theory that's a whole different story- see my other review) and you can print them out at home. The shows take awhile to tape, usually 3-5 hours and I've even heard of longer in some cases. If you have a short attention span, need to go to the bathroom a lot, get uncomfortable sitting for long periods of time, I would advise caution. In my opinion usually the shows that have been around longer like the Big Bang Theory or Two and Half Men which has been filming for over 10 years take less time because the crew has been doing this for years and they have got into a groove whereas a brand new show still has a lot of production kinks to iron out. In the middle of the taping they do give you a piece of pizza and water which is nice but I would still bring food just in case. It seems that you can bring snacks in however they are extremely strict about cell phones. I think the experience really depends on what type of seat that you get. I saw a taping in the front row which was awesome because I could see all the details of the set and see the actors well but another taping I attended I sat in the last row far to the left and couldn't see too well. They do have monitors so you can always see what's going on but to see it close up is 10 times better. It's advisable to probably come as early as possible to make sure you get the best seat. read more

***Beware**** do your research !!!! I'd give negative stars if possible. The Security and " field agents" were very unorganized. I "won" 2 tickets to a taping of AFV on Twitter! I was excited, even with a 5 hour drive. I read , an followed all instructions in the message ( dress code, parking) when I arrived I was told my name wasn't on the list ( any of the 3 lists) she had. Unorganized , very unprofessional, and to top it off the guy from their office did not take responsibility for an employee in his office not sharing pertinent information about arrival time and such.... my recommendation is NOPE. Received confirmation for a group of 20 girls for a taping of Girl Meets World at Los Angeles Center Studios on 5th street. Helpful information for first time audience members...come prepared for hours of waiting in the sun which may or may not result in admittance. Also, expect very little helpful or courteous information from the staff at the studio. Both Jaime, the head page at the studio and the Audiences Unlimited reps neglected to inform anyone in line (ours was at the front) that admittance that day was unlikely/ impossible even after it became clear that was going to be the case hours after the fact. A hat, small umbrella and water/ snacks for the wait is a good idea especially if you have young girls in your group. These small bits of information were not given to us resulting in an unnecessarily disappointing experience. Perhaps other audience filling companies or a different show altogether might be a better choice if you are considering attending. read more

I had tried for so long to get tickets to Big Bang Theory - we had been in line at least 5 times over 5 years with either standby or actual tickets - and we never got in. I'm heading to LA again this spring and the show will be ending this year... and I wrote to the folks at the organization and told them my story - and Steve was so wonderful. My husband and I recently attended a taping of "Man with a Plan" at CBS Studio Center. We arrived at the studio at about 2:00 p.m. They told us to return at 2:45 to the parking structure. They will not allow anyone to enter the parking garage a minute prior. Upon entering, they will check your ticket and ID and direct you to parking. We went through a security check point in the garage. Leave cell phones in the car if possible, although they did allow people who had arrived by a car service to check in their phones. There is a table set up past security where you check in with the Audience Unlimited staff. They were very nice to us. We mentioned that I might have a problem walking a long distance and they said that they would provide me with a ride in a golf cart to the studio. The studio is about a half a mile walk. The taping began promptly and lasted about 3 and a half hrs. Be sure to dress warm because it is freezing in the studio. The working crew were wearing ski jackets. They do allow restroom breaks between scenes and they serve a small sandwich, water and granola bar about half way through. When taping ended we went outside and the golf cart was waiting for us. It was a good experience and alot of fun. The Audience Unlimited staff was great. read more

I just moved up to LA from OC (not far) but it provides me the flexibility to attend TV tapings, etc., I was lucky enough to attend a taping of the new season of Two & a Half Men with Ashton (CBS Studios in Burbank). I wanted to commend the staff on their organization, professionalism and the fun experience. The only thing I did not like was the MC. I had great seats (but I think all seats are good as it's a small studio). The staff and cast made us feel like we were part of the team. They all talked to us, Ashton jumped into the area where the audience sits and made the day for a sweet little teenage girl by surprising her with a hug. We had a blast. The taping took about 3.5 hours total which is super good. I've gone to one many years back for Just Shoot Me which took 7 hrs with no water or snacks. At this one we got fed pizza and given bottled water. They even stop taping to let us have time to eat. I had so much fun and if anyone has the opportunity to go to a taping through Audiences Unlimited, do it!!! read more

Went tonight to a filming of Big Bang Theory. Audiences Unlimited were so organized and SO NICE. All their staff were so kind and sweet. It made our experience so much better than what we went through with 1iota. They gave everyone free pizza and a bottled water during the taping. So thoughtful! We were able to get tickets for a taping of the Thundermans on our first night in LA. It was one of the few shows that my daughters (age 10) were old enough to get into. We figured we'd give it a shot even though the tickets were not guaranteed. The number of available seats depends on how many VIP ticket holders show up. We got there at 2:30pm (straight from the airport) and there were already 16 people on line. We didn't know until 4:45pm whether or not we'd get in but we did! I cannot stress enough - get there early. I'd recommend 2pm. The place where you wait is completely in the sun so bring sunscreen, a hat and an umbrella. Bring snacks and some lunch. Once we got in, I thought my daughters would enjoy it and the rest of us (my teenage son, my husband and I) would tolerate it for a couple of hours. But it was GREAT! We all had a blast. Chuck Dukas (who warms up the audience and keeps everyone busy and entertained between takes) was terrific. He got us all in the spirit and kept us laughing the whole time (which ended up being over 4 hours). He played games and had giveaways and we were able to take a photo with the cast at the end. It ended up being one of the highlights of our California trip. Definitely recommend Audiences Unlimited. read more

It was our first time seeing a live studio taping of a show (Dr. Ken) and we really enjoyed it! You absolutely can not have a cell phone or camera on you, however, all other belongings are fair game. I thought I had read they were strict with all bags allowed into the studio, but almost everyone around us brought bags of food (and booze in water bottles) for the 4+ hour taping. After going through security and stopping at the bathrooms, you are escorted to the sound stage (keep your eyes peeled on the walk through the backlot! You might see an actor!). There is an MC who pumps up the crowd through the whole show and talks you through the scenes they're filming. For Dr. Ken, the actors came right up to the audience and were singing and giving high fives and having a good time with us! We got candy, pizza and water during our taping but beware - people at the ends of the rows hoard the food and you may be left with scraps by the time the food gets to you. It's long (I heard 4 hours for our shoot was short) but it was definitely an enjoyable experience if you've never experienced it! For a show without much demand, we had no problem showing up at 4pm for a 5pm check-in but sounds like you need to show up much earlier for more in demand shows where they overbook. For Dr. Ken, we got there early to take the 2:30pm Sony Backlot Tour so we made an afternoon of it. read more

Don't waste your time- We were extremely disappointed. My sister and I had general admission tickets for Fuller House on Friday July 19, and arrived at 11:45am. We were able to park easily in the WB garage and found the audience waiting area. The first two people sitting in line said they had arrived at 6:00am and also had general admission. Two women with standby tickets said had arrived at 8:45am. We waited on metal benches, were about 20th in line. Around 1pm, some employees from Audiences Unlimited made an announcement that they would begin checking people in. So we stood in line, had our tickets numbered/time stamped and were separated into a few lines- general admission, standby, VIP and Priority. The Priority line ended up with about six people and my sister and I were given 21 and 22 in the general admission line. As we sat, the VIPs started showing up since they didn't have to worry about numbers as they were all assured admission. More and more of them appeared and we began to think that there should be a limit to how many VIPs are allowed per taping (like each crew/cast member gets 5 or something). Two women from Audienced Unlimited told us that once we got a hand stamp, we should go out our phones in the car, so at about 2:00 we did that. Around 2:30, Andrea Barber and some of cast came out in golf carts to greet fans- this has become a weekly tradition during season 5. They were so nice, took a group selfie, talked about the importance of fans and Andrea even gave my sister a hug before saying "I need to go but okay." Then we sat. More VIPs showed up and the priority as well first five general admission people were admitted as well. There were now about 50 standbys and 75 general admission people waiting. Around 3:45pm, the announcement was made that they were waiting for 11 more VIP people before letting anyone else in but would keep us posted. Around 4pm, they said the remaining VIPs had arrived so they sent all of the standby people home and told the first 45 general admission people to stay. They sent the rest of the general admission line home as well. The two women told us that we would get numbers, in the order we were in. These numbers were for something called "second seating" and meant that some of the VIP people would leave after a scene or two. Then we would get to go in. They took our paper tickets, wrote down our names and gave us ripped pieces of paper with a number- my sister and I were number 7. The one woman said that the show started taping at 4:00 but she would be back at 5:30, no earlier, to let us know if we would get in. She said we could leave as long as we were back by 5:30. Most people in the group of 45 stayed but got their phones. Around 5:25, everyone put their phones back in their cars and was back in the waiting area. No one from Audiences Unlimited showed up so we kept waiting. Around 6:45, one man went to ask the security guard why no one had shown up. She didn't know much but was going to contact someone in charge. People started saying we had been lied to and taken advantage of. The women had sent the standby people home earlier saying they "didn't want to waste anyone's time" but the 45 of us had been told to stay until 5:30. Around 7pm, a golf cart pulled up with the two women from Audiences Unlimited. They said that the taping was over and were shocked why we were still there. A few people from our group approached them and they both denied telling us they would be back at 5:30. Neither one apologized but rather denied everything they told us. There was a man from Austria who had been there since 7:15am and was #6 in line. After lots of denial from the women, one man brought up a valid point that if the entire audience (180 VIP, Priority and 5 general admission people) was basically friends and family, then it is not a correct representation of their fan base. Security guards were present but not needed as the group was generally peaceful- children and adults of all ages. We basically wanted an apology for being told that we would be given information at 5:30 and not getting it until after 7:00. There was never an apology. Two girls asked the calmer Audiences Unlimited rep, named Kelly, what would be done to make it up to us and she mentioned future priority tickets to a show. We waited around until she received them and then lined up get them. When my sister I approached her in line, we said something about how it was unfortunate that we had been told to wait until 5:30 and would have left at that time if they had come to tell us the seating was full. She made a comment to the effect of "I wish I could say I was sorry." In the end it wasn't the fact that we couldn't get into the show but rather the fact that Audiences Unlimited sent everyone home except 45 of us and told us to wait until 5:30 but then didn't show up to tell us anything until 7. An apology from this company is all that we wanted and yet never received. read more

I've been to two tapings of The Big Bang Theory. It was amazing to watch the show live and the studio personnel and the actors were friendly. TV Audiences personnel were hit and miss. Some were very rude and barked at people like they were dogs. Others were super nice. The website is crazy busy when tickets go online but I can't complain too much, I got tickets. It took hours. They give you cold sad pizza and warm water , but it's all free. The worst part is that you feel like u have 5 seconds to scarf it down while the "comedian" barks at you the whole time to hurry up. I really felt like a second class citizen with the barking and especially as the VIP guests interacted with the stars. VIPs were family and friends, but it felt like we weren't there or were just lucky to be let in. Well, it's free and it's really neat to see the great show with such talented stars! read more

I was lucky enough to get tickets to a Big Bang Theory taping for last night! All in all it was a great experience and we feel very fortunate to be a small part of the audience. One incident almost ruined it for me. My daughter and I arrived super early at 3:00 with regular tickets so we would have a chance for excellent seats. After checking in we were #19 and 20 in line. Yay!! Peter from Audiences Unlimited escorted our large group toward the building and we stopped. He went to the BACK of the long line and announced this was the time if we need to use the restrooms...so all the people from the back of the line book it and that means I was last in line for the women's room. As I come out...he is ALREADY started moving the line to the theater so now about 40 people are in front of us!! Now we went from being toward the front of the line to the end. This may not make a difference to Peter, but we stood in line early for those spots that others stole from us!! Totally unfair and insensitive to not keep the line in order, once they take your check in paper is your place just meaningless?! read more

This review is specifically regarding Fuller House Tickets. I was able to get general tickets for Audiences Unlimited Fuller House for the 8/8/19 taping 30 days in advance. It was my second attempt. I did not know you could only request one ticket at a time. I knew it was first come first serve even with tickets so my daughter and I arrived at 5:30 am for a 4:00pm taping. There were already a few in line that early, some arriving as early as 3:45. but we were number 8 and 9. We were sitting in the parking garage which did have restrooms, and vending machines, and around 1:00pm Audiences Unlimited staff came over and eventually time-stamped our tickets and let us know everyone with a ticket was on a standby basis that day. After waiting 14 hours to get into a taping of the show, we never did. Around 2:30-3:30 many many VIP ticket holders showed up, and only 2 people holding general tickets were let in. Audiences Unlimited had also given out some AU VIP tickets, and several of those people were let in. There has to be a better system that can be put in place. There were so many people waiting that day and clearly too many tickets were given out. There also could be better communication with the Audiences Unlimited staff. I didn't receive an email until 10:30 the morning of the taping letting me know that they were expecting so many VIP ticket holders. A little late and still misleading stating that little to no standby reservations were admitted, try little to no general ticket holders. 2 people out of hundreds waiting, kinda crazy. I had already been waiting in line for 5 hours when I received this email. read more

I have been to many tapings under Audiences Unlimited supervision. Every Time, when I leave, I remind myself to write a review and then forget... I don't think this review will lead to any change but this is all I can do. I strongly believe that if you give respect, you get respect back. Unfortunately most people that work here have their head so up in the clouds that they fail to see this. Fans who come to see any of these shows are all very excited for this one in a lifetime experience. They wait for hours to get in. They camp under the sun for 7-8 hours just to know if they will even get in. I get that you are in charge of this and I get that you have to have control over each taping, etc. but this DOES NOT give you an excuse to treat people as prisoners or slaves who you RULE!!!! We are all following the rules for the most part, we are decent human beings who are just there to have a good time... No need to intimidate people, disrespect them, or treat them as 3 year olds. Your tone of voice is everything!!! You don't need to stand up there with an attitude telling them the whole "do not" list... " you probably will not get in, if you do you can't leave for bathroom, if you can't stay you tell us now and we will GLADLY give your spot to someone else"... Instead, maybe try a "thank you for waiting for hours and we will let you know shortly if you will be able to get in" " If you need to use the restroom, you may do so now since you will need to wait for a while" I can't believe I have to say this but "BE NICE TO PEOPLE"!!!! When they are inside the studio, do not scream!!! at them " I told you to sit there"!! "No mam, your colleague told me to move. I am not trying to be sneaky". She screams again "Who? What are you talking about?" I show her the colleague, she nods "yes I told her to move"... then she goes " ok. fine"... Appologize when you scream on top of your lungs at someone for NO REASON!!!! If I am getting up at the end to tip toe and see the cast as they are LEAVING no need to scream!!!! Just say sit down... Not sure why standing up is a problem when everyone is leaving but ok, if that is what you are trying to tell me, it can be sent without shaking your head, pointing fingers, etc. I know that doing this job over and over and seeing a handful of people who do not follow rules can make you feel like you are "THE BOSS"... but don't treat anyone in a way that you hate to be treated yourself. Your job only exists because of these fans! Do not forget that.... read more

Amazing service! I went to a 2 broke girls taping about a month ago and it was just great. The staff was professional and friendly, and i really love that they really care about the audience. I felt very welcomed. The taping went from 5 to 9pm and they even gave us small sandwiches and candies in case we're hungry. This is the best you can ever get if you are a fan of TV shows! read more

This review is NOT written as an audience member. That experience, through Audiences Unlimited, has been fine. This review is for the "Page for a Day" program, that enables local people to work "on call" to Page for TV shows. I thought this would be fun (I certainly wasn't doing it for the money). Unfortunately, I was wrong. As an Attorney, I should have known not sign up for a program where the full time employees are paid minimum wage (apparently, they think this job leads to instant stardom). There's just no nice way to put it -- they are not professionals. On my second (and LAST) gig last week, I was yelled at (for things I DIDN'T do), bullied and berated ... over a TV show. The full time Pages seem to think they are the Stars, not the people there to wait on the audience (that's what Pages do; you don't get to work with the actors). The Head Page told me that someone would reach out to me to APOLOGIZE for the way I was treated, but no one did. Hence, this review. Bummer ): read more

I went to the Two and a half men taping last night and I want to go back again so bad. We were so excited to get tickets because it seems like they are sold out pretty fast. So my husband and I went for our anniversary weekend, the show was to start taping at 7 and we arrived at 3pm and were numbers 21 & 22 in line, we had great seats and it was very hot but they let us in the studio early. It took about almost 4 hours to tape and it was a blast. They stopped taping and gave us pizza and water. Ashton interacted with us and it was just so much fun watching them. The only thing I did not like was the Fluffer MC guy, he is just awful and humiliated the people that came down for prizes. So far the BEST Fluffer I have seen is Roger when we went to see the king of queens, I think this guy needs to take lessons from him or Two and a half men should switch guys. I would recommend watching this show being taped to anyone, I know we plan on going back very soon =) read more

We obtained tickets online to a taping to Girl Meets World. We got there two+ hours early (when Audience Unlimited recommended one hour) and did not get in after waiting all that time. That is ok that we did not get in but the Audiences Unlimited people did not communicate with us at all and left over 100 people standing online when clearly the last 100 or so people would not get tickets and they knew that at least 1.5 hours earlier. I realize that they likely just don't care but people come from all over to see a show and wait for 2+ hours to be told that they can't get in. The girls behind us cried when they could not get in.....Audiences Unlimited needs to set some expectation with people waiting for hours but I got the sense that they could care less as long as they filled the audience. Communication with folks standing on line is the nice thing to do. People would just go home and not waste a whole day and be more disappointed then they have to be if some information was provided. Also work on the attitude -- answer a question and not just walk away - sorry if you are just unemployed actors working as ticket wranglers for a Disney show - remember you are dealing with kids that have likely never been to LA and never had the chance to see a show taped. read more
