Once it was determined that I needed hearing aids I met with Dr. Wade Zarella and could not have asked for a better explanation of what I needed and why. Dr. Zarella helped me decide what hearing aid would work best for me and was helpful with what my insurance would cover and what I would need to pay out of pocket. I have been back to see the Doctor with questions and he was always available to help. Chris greeted me upon arrival and immediately made me feel like home. He offered me a fresh hot coffee and I told him my dilemma. He asked me some questions to determine exactly what my needs were, and he then gave me a hearing test absolutely free. It took about 45 minutes for the test. I have never had such a thorough hearing test. He then explained in detail my results and gave me options for solutions. I had no idea how bad my left ear was. No wonder I keep the TV sound up to 70. He gave me a set of hearing aids to take home on a trial basis. I was absolutely blown away at the sounds I was missing out on.. there was no pressure, just great friendly service.
