With the Corona Virus I figured I'd just have to wait a month or so to get attention, but I thought, I'd better call and make arrangements for when the Shelter in Place was lifted. I called and to my surprise Richard answered my call. He said he and others were coming into the office every couple of days, to help customers, even though we were dealing with the Corona Virus. Richard and Leslie told me to bring the hearing aid to their office, put the hearing aid in a container outside their office door and Richard would inspect the aid. After the inspection Richard said the aid would be sent to the manufacturer and then shipped back to me. The bottom line; they went beyond the call of duty to help me, the customer. He immediately told me he was not comfortable treating me and asked me to leave. When I told him I just didn't understand why I had to wait so long for what was their first appointment of the day, he told me to leave and threatened to call the police. That was all there was to the discussion. I am 63 years old and a small business owner and have never had a customer experience remotely close to what I experienced with Dr. Morrow, though his reviews on Healthgrade, Yelp, and WebMD are consistent with what I experienced. His responses to my Google reviews have been shamelessly dishonest.

Complete joke of a doctor. Jan 2023 I had severe nosebleeds. Never had a nosebleed in my 51 years…read moreof life. I couldn't breathe out of one side of my nose. He NEVER looked up my nose, told me to go to the hospital and get my nose packed if bleeding didnt stop. He informed me I had allergies. I've never had allergies. Couple months later, I go back because now it's worse. The jerk finally looks up my nose, tells me I have a small polyp. 2 days later I go to a different doctor, he looks up my nose, & says to immediately get a cat scan. I get scan done that day, the following morning he calls and tells me I have a huge mass getting ready to attach itself to my eye. Within a week I'm at MD Anderson being told I have cancer. I went through chemo, surgery, and 6 weeks of radiation. The cancer ate a portion of my eye socket and my skull. I had to get a feeding tube, I couldn't work, my thyroid doesnt work any more all because of cancer treatments. I'm just going to go out on a limb here and say Maybe just Maybe if this arrogant creep doctor took the time to listen to what I was saying & actually looked up my nose the first time I saw him, maybe the cancer tumor wouldn't have grown so large. Stay Away from this so called doctor. If you need a local ent doctor go see Dr. Finklestein, he actually cares about people.
