The finance department wouldn't answer any questions regarding my (60% of the cars cost) down payment towards my daughters car.

long story short, bought a used 2018 diesel Colorado, took a month to be able to pick up with…read moreminimal communication in between (only because I reached out every time). when I picked it up finally, I drove 30 minutes and the all the lights went on and went to a diesel crawl on the highway because of a sensor issue. had to wait more time to then pick it up again, which when I called was originally replied to with "I'm sorry we're closing soon". For all that I was comped with a free oil change *thanks *. Now I have the truck, book my oil change for the 4:30 time slot because I needed to drive in hour to get there from work. as I'm leaving I notice on gps I'm going to be late 10 minutes so I call and ask if that's ok, they say that's fine no big deal. I get up there to be told I'm too late and need to rebook. once I said that was ridiculous, the lady goes one sec, I'll ask, comes back and says "oh I'm sorry we didn't know it was diesel, we don't have the filter and the store is closed". I leave VERY unhappy, call Steve Moffatt and leave a voicemail saying to please return my call as he is the guy I dealt with in the beginning. No call. I advise people not to buy here, as they're very good at selling cars, but suck at everything else.

Full service location that services what they sell. Today was their grand opening. Well organized, a great selection of vehicles, and accessories. The store is well staffed and they are open every day of the week. I was impressed with the diversity of vehicles and was looking specifically at the more balanced vehicles (4 wheels) as I have a balance issue. Easily accessible location, friendly knowledgeable folk, and easy to find a restaurant to eat at afterwards as it is close to many restaurants nearby.

He was very courteous and helpful. A couple days later, we stopped in again to see what he'd found as he never called. He acknowledged that he hadn't had a chance to find them yet, and was apologetic for having forgotten. He committed to calling us by the end of the day. That was about 2 weeks ago and we still haven't heard back. Suffice it to say that the new mats in my car were ordered elsewhere. My husband was also looking for pricing on a tonneau cover for his new truck which we never got either. They've lost our future business.

A HOG Life Time member, one of their HOG chapter members, have CAA, AND extended warranty and got a bill over $500 to replace dead battery! When asked for an explanation, just got this is what it cost! Asked to speak with service manager and "sorry he's in a meeting." Spoke with finance person and was told "that's your bill, pay it!" WOW ZERO customer service and ZERO integrity. The only reason they are still in business is because there is no other dealership close. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR and drive the extra distance because not all dealerships are created equal. Try FOXES in Owen Sound or MACKIES in Oshawa, or Peterborough. Go anywhere but to Barrie! These other dealerships understand customer service and won't exploit you! This happened in September 2018. Still haven't gotten a call to discuss my bill...... Oh and because I dared to speak of my bad experience, they kicked me out of the chapter! Nice. I would rate them a BIG FAT ZERO but am forced to put a 1 star. Not worth it.
