The Jacuzzi was great in the summertime; between working out and running, it offered a great way to relax. About 2 months into the year, my washer and dryer broke, and they purchased brand-new ones! Maintenance did a great job and consistently came in to clean the floors. Management was very friendly and always took the time to listen to my concerns and ensure my needs were met. Highly recommend living here if you are a college student; much friendlier environment than Rensch, where I had my car stolen. Loved it here; gonna miss it here and all the memories. Recently redid the entire driveway; really spruced up the entire look. Added a real, vibrant energy to the place and completely transformed the entire living experience!

By the main office is the swimming pool that opened during the summer season. There's a mini-playground for families and a tennis court that mandate tenants to play tennis in their only (but there's a basketball hoop inside the tennis court). Oh, and there's charcoal grills outside the court.

I was having a problem with my email last year and was living there alone over the summer. I remember waking up and freaking out because I heard people in my apartment when I knew no one else was living there. I think it's a huge invasion of privacy. One of the main reasons I have for moving off campus was to get more privacy and freedom and its concerning that they can just walk in whenever they want and they do just walk in whenever they want. Especially in the summer or over winter break when they expect no one to be there. I have a job over the summer. I can't be there to watch my stuff. I also dont like the idea of people just being in my room without my knowledge. Even the in the dorms, they let you know exactly when they're coming in for inspections and they make sure it's a time you can be there. Most places ask permission before going into someone else's living spaces and it's upsetting that Rensch doesn't. It feels as if there is no privacy.

The first impression we got of the apartment was like this is dirty and smells moldy . I went to the main desk to complain and Caitlyn not only came to the apartment with us to observe the damages , she called maintenance and housekeeping to come and correct all of the issues . She did a wonderful job of keeping us calm and basically getting us almost a brand new apartment by getting everything fixed . She is truly a very good manager for the Villas and she made us feel better after all they came to do while we waited. My son Winston now can feel comfortable staying here . I put pictures of the damaged chair and the new chair brought in and microwave cleaned out .

Recently, I was here twice once for a celebration of milestone. One of the university areas reached, which was held in an outside space that was really quite lovely. The food serve was good. The space was easy to navigate was all nice. The acoustic system left a little bit to be desired but other than that they did a great job. Unless you're coming at night, parking here can be very challenging. Be sure to read the signs or you will get a ticket of some sort.

I have visited a handful of other SUNY colleges and UB is by far the biggest and nicest. D1 football here. HORNS UP. Besides the university, Buffalo is a great city to live in. It is considered a large city but is small for being a large city. There are a ton of things to do year round. Amazing food options. Bills and Sabres. Then I sent them again and never heard from them for another month. After we waited time for someone to answer if we could rent the place. After lots a voicemails finally one called and said he was going to rush us in since we been treated like we don't count. We were told there is nothing going to work for us since I'm in a wheelchair sometimes so I won't be able to get upstairs. Now there was a downstairs apt and we asked for that. The guy wrote back and said he told us before there is nothing that could accommodate us. It is a 3 bedroom place and we have 6 people. The rule is 2 people per bedroom. I find this place not worth trying to rent from.

VERY disappointed in the process. Mind you, when we walked through the property and they found out that I was gay and my partner was there, that's when are stated not getting any responses after that. This just amazes me by how unprofessional they are. They pick and choose who they want. I went on ny state equal opportunity housing and pretty much violated every law.
